We needed a fridge freezer urgently after our aged mum’s appliance failed 2 days before Christmas. Not a problem for Sale Appliances who delivered a new one the following morning and took the old one away! Superb service as well as ultra friendly and courteous. Price also excellent. After breaking a safety catch on our microwave/oven door, I thought I was going to have to spend another £600 on a brand new one till our friends told us about Sale Appliances. I popped in to see them and spoke to a really pleasant and helpful man who immediately knew what I was talking about (showed some pics) and set about finding a replacement door. He ordered the door for us and advised once in, they would call me to arrange fitting. A few days later, booked in the appointment and an equally nice, friendly man attended to fit the new door.

What a really great service, so helpful and totally transparent on cost, for unit and for fitting. A really easy and pleasant business to deal with from start to finish and will most definitely use Sale Appliances again and recommend to anyone looking for appliances or repairs.

Straight tens . My washing machine was in the shop on Thursday and in my kitchen by Saturday afternoon. The one high point of a very troublesome house move . Purchased a replacement dishwasher and was very happy with the whole process.
Kris was very helpful in helping me choose the correct dishwasher replacement and advised on the best options.
Adem and Jack kept me updated on their arrival and when they arrived they were very polite and knowledgeable. The installation was very quick, despite it being a intergrated appliance. Once installed I was given a demonstration on how it works and where serial numbers are located. Once they were happy I was happy, they left ensuring everything was put back correctly and rubbish was cleared.
I throughly recommend this company.

I recently had my microwave repaired and I must say the process was very efficient. From the moment of contact to completion of work , they have demonstrated professionalism and promptness.
