Working with Susan, Vivian and Lou from S&L Interiors was a pleasure! We needed to remodel our 23 year old kitchen due to water and mold damage and the end result for us is wonderful. Susan and Vivian are passionate about their business and making sure you get what you want with your project. They have great ideas to help you think outside your own "box". Listen to those ideas!
I put a more detailed review on HOUZZ about the whole process. The bottom line is, I highly recommend S&L Interiors for any remodeling you need to do! They use quality products for reasonable prices and are very mindful of your time, schedule and budget.

We hired S&L to handle our laundry room refresh. We had obtained 3 different quotes and S&L was the best price, most communicative, and quickest to show up. We were able to quickly meet with them, figure out what we wanted, see a 3D model, make tweaks, and get the job done. Susan was very easy to work with and reasonable throughout. Any issue or challenge was quickly resolved and handled well. We plan to consider S&L for our next renovation project and recommend them!

Working with S&L Interiors on our kitchen remodel was a great experience. Susan and Vivian came to our house and offered several new ideas, one of which we went with. They created a 3D model, which we tweaked a couple of times before the final drawing was done. They made us feel comfortable throughout the process, even when we changed the design or color scheme. The kitchen installation was done professionally with lots of attention to detail. Huge thanks to the team, including Dane, Will, and Mus.

Susan did not return my phone calls after leaving numerous messages regarding cabinet pulls. I ended up having to purchase two off of Amazon because they didn’t take into consideration that I had two odd size cabinet pulls. I was very patient and understanding that they were out of stock but I asked to please be notified when they came in. Never was notified. Very disappointed.

We had a few bumps along the way, and communication was a real problem. We had already picked out what we wanted for our new kitchen and Susan kept switching it out without really discussing it with us first. What should have been a one to two week remodel turned into 6-8 weeks. We have a small kitchen. Susan came highly recommended and I will say on a personal level she is quite the conversationalist, but a little pushy defending her changes. A few things that were supposed to be part of the remodel were left out. I discussed this with Susan and she assured me it would be taken care of (no charge). Haven''t heard one word from her. I also,, want to point out that the counter top we received was not the one we originally wanted, and we had maybe 5 very plain tops to pick from So as of today, we have noticed marks on our counter top in a few places that only show up when the light hits it, but they are clearly marks that should not be in the quartz they installed. I gave S & L and 3, because some things were done well and in a timely manner, but I struggled with the 3. I owned a business for 20 years that was customer based, and frankly, I would have never changed a thing without customer's approval and satisfaction.
