I was in need of replacing my inherited high end range due to inconsistent heating. I visited the local big box store, and the long time local appliance store. In both places it seemed I had the choice of super high end or very basic stoves.

At Ruffoni’s Home Appliance I was greeted immediately when walking into the showroom. After explaining my needs I was shown a few options and found just what I had in mind. A reasonably priced range with options like convection and airfrying. They sent a technician out to verify my measurements at my request, and I bought a range I am sure I will love for years to come.

Had a very positive experience with Ruffoni’s Home Appliance company. The company sales department ordered and its installers installed new 36’’ cooktop, while having to make cuts in the ceramic tile counter top to fit that new cooktop in. Installers also adjusted drawers under the counter to enable their movement. Overall, excellent customer service and care, professional installers are skilled and thorough. Highly recommended!

I called for repairs on an LG refrigerator and was scheduled for the next day, which is great service. Then Levi phoned the same afternoon and said that he was in my town and could come by immediately. He fixed my problem with a freezer door stuck and filled with about 3 gallons of frost in about 30 minutes. Great job.

Technician was on time and efficient. Explained what was wrong with the existing machine and what would be required to repair it. Best option was to replace it. New machine looks like the older one. Will watch for issues keeping the machine free from dirt buildup on new machine.

I decided to buy my new washer and dryer from Ruffoni’s because they are a local small business and they price matched the “big box” store so it was an easy choice. I am so glad I did because I ended up with a lemon (not Ruffoni’s fault!). The Ruffoni’s team made multiple service calls and spent a long time trying to resolve my issue. In the end they ended up crediting me my original purchase and I got a new set.
