I called the customer service and within minutes they were able to provide the answers and provided the quote on my account and was able to purchase the items needed. The customer service even provided confirmation on their end verifying the transaction went through. Quick and efficient. I like that I can easily talk to a representative than holding and having to go through several voice recorded prompts. Good job on getting live people on the phone.

Rove is very responsive and accommodating to updates to an order. We did have a table that took us a three month wait and then it had a manufacturing defect where the legs wouldn’t attach to the right drill hole so we had to send back but they would send one within two days. Good service and furniture.

Purchase of dining chairs was effortless and simple. The quoted time for delivery seemed to be overestimated because we quickly got an email that the shipment had left. A couple of days later, a tracking number was provided and we could follow the delivery right to our door. The product is really nice and we are very happy with our new dining chair look. Have already ordered another lamp from Rove. Their products are really modern and good looking and stand out from the common stuff you usually see in furniture stores. This company is a great find!

Fast shipping, arrived earlier than anticipated on two occasions! QUALITY pieces, very well made. Angelo counter stools are extremely comfortable! Soluna dining table is even nicer than photos, looks very high end for the price. Had a small issue with our Belia sofa on unboxing and the response from the concierge service was superb! Instantly had a credit in my account, will be ordering again! Only FYI is the Belia sofa is lower than anticipated, but we are getting used to it.
