No compren aqui. Yo compre un refri y nada mas duro unos meses. Les hable y me mandaron a alguin para arreglarlo y nada mas sirvio por una semana. NUNCA vuelvo a comprar algo de esta tiende de segunda mano. Mejor ahorre su dinero y compren algo que valga la pena. El muchacho que mandaron estaba viendo videos en Youtube para arreglar el refri. 0 estrellas.

If i could leave a 0 star review, I would. We had the fridge for a few months and it worked great for a few months. The next thing i know, everything was not getting cold and the food went bad. We called the store and they sent someone to fix it. The guy was watching a youtube video on how to fix the fridge. NEVER AGAIN am I buying anything from here.

I'm so disappointed in their service and manners of how they treat people. Young man there is very disrespectful, not willing to work, doesn't want to unwrap the plastic wrap to show me the stove. Older man who says he's a tech there, he didn't try to show consideration to me either. He just started taking the stove away and started comparing their store to home Depot and lows. While I was waiting for my husband who went to get them cash for the stove earlier, they were so rude, and asked me to step out of the store with my one year old baby. I don't recommend any any business transaction to be done with them.

Good company. We bought a used stove years ago from them. Recently it stopped working. I went back to Rosa's buy another stove. The guy was really nice and offered to check it out before I bought a new one. He came by the next day and fixed the stove and saved me over $100.

Great service don't let the exterior fool you she has great prices and huge selection. Most anything in her catalogs she can get. 2nd bedroom se purchased from her. Highly recommend!
