I placed an order and received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. Received an email right after that one of the items was cancelled due to them only having a few left in stock. The next day, I drive to the store which is 40 minutes away from me and I receive an email stating my order was cancelled because they could not complete my order. I had received a prior stating that it was ready for pick up.

I called the store and the store associate stated that the order was cancelled because I could only get a limit of 5. Instead of cancelling then entire order, they could have adjusted the order to the correct quantity. I also used an Ace Hardware gift card for the order so the balance should have been credited back within hours which it has yet happened. Contacted customer support and they weren’t much of a help stating that the order was cancelled because the item was out of stock yet I had just got off the phone with the store associate who explained why it was actually cancelled. I’m one to give great reviews for awesome service and experience but this was a horrible experience with no customer support

I love this Rocky’s!!! It’s important to support our smaller business (vs. Home Depot/Lowes etc) the superb care and customer service is unmatched!! Rich and the Manager , Josh at the Vernon location makes me a returning customer. Not to mention good luck finding anyone TO help you at Home Depot! I adore this store and all the plants I got earlier in the year are doing amazing! Ps~ one of the cilantro plants I had gotten a few months back had bolted and I didn’t know, they allowed me to return it /exchange with no issues! And to me, that’s what’s important and makes them stand out from the rest. Thanks guys! And gals <3 keep on being awesome.

Old fashioned customer service. Helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I am new to the area and this will be my “go to” hardware store going forward. A pleasant to shop here.

I absolutely love going to Rockies they have such a huge selection my only problem is the last few times it's been hard to get actual help from the staff as they only point you in the direction instead of helping you find something you're looking for. I will continue to patronize Rockies because of the selection and price I just wish they'd become a little more helpful for customers

I'm an ace hardware rewards and because I didn't print out coupon I didn't get my $5 00 cashier said they can't see it. System she be able to see what rewards customer is entitled to. . she was friendly and asked if I need help with a heavy purchase

I really like this store. I shop there often when working in the area. The employees are refreshingly kind, well trained at their positions & offer assistance usually before I have to ask. Prices are competitive with other stores & selection is as well. I've come to rely on Ace Hardware Stores as a dependable place to assist with many of my building needs as a home remodeling specialist
