So, I have been to the Colorado Springs Rocky Mountain Sewing & Vacuum store probably a half dozen times now. I have a serger and a sewing machine and I am working on model rocketry parachutes and parachute protectors, etc. -- so I am not thei store's typical customer. But I have to say, I could not be more impressed with their exceptional service. I never hesitate to visit, they always have plenty of time for my newbie questions, and I have never come away from the store without the answers that I have needed to move forward in my efforts. I just wanted to say GREAT JOB to Rocky Mountain Sewing & Vacuum, the BEST sewing store in town!

This is a wonderful sewing shop in a dwindling Colorado Springs market. Unfortunately, two shops closed down in the year or so. Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vac (RMSV) has a good selection and great service. We also use them to maintain our sewing and embroidery machines.

This place is loaded with inspiration. My wife and I were walking by and decided to stop in and we were honestly blown away with the level of skill, options to choose from when it comes to materials, in addition to the hundreds of models in quilting, art, embroidery, and etcetera. We walked in behind a gentleman who was bringing in his old sewing machine for what looked like repairs and they were so quick to help him. There was another couple in the store who was going through a demonstration on one of the sewing machines and then we also got a little bit of a tour. They have classes and events for those who have never sewn ever in their life to those who are a bit intermediate. The staff was super friendly and more than willing to help us out. We didn't know much about sewing but we left impressed.

I was interested in a 6 needle embroidery machine and had called the store inquiring about some used ones. They were having their Tech Show the next day and I RSVP'd myself and was able to hear about new products and ask questions to which they were very informative on. I put down a deposit that evening and a week later picked up my machine. Now this is my 2nd embroidery machine from them, a Brother. Love the staff especially when I have stupid questions.

I am totally satisfied with the service I received. They were knowledgeable and was able to fix one of my sewing machines right on the spot. They were also able to repair my other sewing machine to work like brand new in a short amount of time at a decent price. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I have been bringing my Pfaff 4.0 since I purchased it many years ago. They have always understood the problems I was having and been able to repair easily. My only concern is it takes 2-3 months for repair. But they had told me this information when I bought my machines. Great machines and great people.
