I needed an oven door gasket a few days before Thanksgiving and quickly realized they are not easily found in big box DIY stores or anywhere for that matter. I visited Rocky Mountain Appliance Parts and although he did not have the one I needed in the store, he was able to get it from Denver and I had it in my hands the very next day. Rocky, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He also does a courtesy call to let you know when your part has arrived. He really helped us out in a pinch!

What an amazing experience!!!! My dryer stopped working and I was able to figure out the thermal fuse was blown. They had the part in stock, but this is where it gets amazing. I went and picked it up and the guy was so friendly and inquisitive. He told me the fuse doesn't just go bad, he stated something else is causing it to blow. He showed me some common issues on a diagram. I couldn't believe when I went home I was able to see that the heating coil had bent and was touching the cover. If he didn't tell me this I would've just replaced the fuse, started it again and it would've just blown the fuse again. Amazing customer service and great price on the part! Highly recommend!

Rocky was what I would imagine how I would run my business. He was courteous over the phone and in person. He is an expert at what he does. His intent is to give value in knowledge and parts. He gave me pros and cons of name brand and non-name brand parts. I went in with my product and he offered to do a quick diagnosis with his Volt meter and confirmed my suspicion of the faulty part. He sparked a good impression on me in regards to a successful businessman.

I highly recommend this business. The owner, Rocky is his name, was so pleasant to deal with. I showed up to pick up the product which was the igniter for my GE oven. I ordered the genuine replacement part rather than going the cheap route on Amazon and getting an aftermarket product that had really low reviews stating it only would last 3 to 6 months. Rocky was very thorough in explaining not to touch the element on the igniter as it could break and to be gentle with it when installing for the same reason. He opened the product brand new in front of me and checked to make sure it was properly working before I left his business. Any other appliance part I ever need, I will definitely bring my business back here.

What a great experience! Walked I. With broken ignitor for gas oven and walked out with replacement in less than 5 minutes. I was given 3 options to choose from. The highest priced was an oem that was not in stock and could have been there in about 4 hours. Middle price was in stock and quality component oem equivalent. The cheapest was the same one that I would still have to wait on from Amazon, was only slightly more expensive and in stock as well. A+ future goto for all my parts when needed. Also informed me of correct handling of part as well to prevent any damage.
