Our company was opening up a brand new 5,000 square foot facility in East Hampton, CT and we knew we wanted the flooring done right and done quickly as we did not have much time! The only place that came to mind knowing who would be able to do it the right way and under the time constraint we had was River’s Edge Home Center. From start to finish, Louie and his team worked diligently to get all the flooring perfect for us. We listened and trusted them on their best recommendations for flooring that would hold up to the extreme wear and tear that the flooring would require to hold up. In addition to doing an amazing job on all the flooring, they ordered customized area carpets with our company logo on it. They went above and beyond to help transform the space into what we envisioned for our company. We highly recommend Rivers Edge to anyone and our company is continuing to use them for other company projects. They are truly a one stop shop family owned business that you can trust. 5/5 stars for them! Once I picked out my rug choice in store, it was quick to schedule. The guys who came and replaced my rug were wonderful, friendly, and fast. They got right to work and were done quicker than I expected. The seams are perfect and the stair was done wonderfully. Will definitely be back for other home improvement projects in the future!

River Edge does outstanding work!!! My boyfriend and I used them for our entire kitchen and basement floors. The kitchen came out gorgeous; the cabinets are very well made, the quartz countertops are gorgeous, and the installation did not take long! Our basement floors were done in two days and their meticulous work made them better than I could’ve expected. Definitely go through Rivers Edge for any home improvements!

We had River’s Edge refinish flooring in our previous house so it was an obvious choice for us to call them up when we decided to buy a late 1700s fixer upper. Upstairs, Louie’s team was able to refinish the original hardwoods that had been painted and was peeling. Downstairs in the main areas, the wood was not salvageable so they replaced with brand new hardwoods and stained to match upstairs. In the entryway, they put down new tile. It all looks amazing and we love showing it off!!

We worked with River's Edge for a kitchen renovation and we were extremely happy with the final results! Nikki was fantastic to work with in the design stage, and throughout the project. She quickly got to know what we were looking for, made a lot of great suggestions and worked with us to choose cabinets that fit our tastes and budget, and give us ideas for some features that we hadn't thought about, but now love. Lou, Louie and Gianna were all awesome to work with as well - friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Lou is also a master carpenter/jack-of-all-trades - he has forgotten more about kitchens than many kitchen pros will ever know.

Were there problems that came up during the process? Of course! But I think that anyone going into a renovation who thinks everything will go perfectly smooth is kidding themselves. There are always going to be unexpected bumps in the road - but you want to choose a company and people you trust to make things right. The team at River's Edge absolutely did that.

Our renovation was about a year ago and we are still thrilled with the new kitchen - and the awesome people at River's Edge. If you're thinking of doing a renovation, you owe it to yourself to check them out!

We are considering re-doing our hardwood floors at some point in the next couple of years, and the first call will be to River's Edge.

We recently completed a first floor remodel. I can't speak highly enough of River's Edge and their staff. Nikki, Gianna, and Louie were all so helpful in recommendations, ideas, and ultimately the final selection. Louie made several visits to our home to make sure the hardwood we chose was the right selection for us and patiently answered all of our questions, multiple times. In addition to about 1200 sq ft. of hickory that was expertly installed, they also installed our backsplash. We could not be happier with the experience we had with River's Edge and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home remodeling or flooring.
