The team at Rifle Equipment is simply amazing. We had a Full size Motor-coach blow a tire on I-70 with our traveling baseball team aboard. We called and they were able to get us right in to change a large bus tire on the spot. Thank you so much for getting our driver and team back on the road quickly and safely. I would highly recommend them. Very friendly and great to work with. Thanks again!!

Please do not go to or use Rifle Equipment. They should not be in business!They do not know the first thing about running a business! For the following reasons,They are very unprofessional. We had our truck towed there, not once did they contact us or keep us updated on what was going on with our vehicle.They kept guessing and installing parts it didn’t need!! Not once did they reach out to us to discuss this. When we called to have final bill estimates, we had to call 3 times. They charged us $1800 and did not fix anything. We had our truck worked on 2 times before this , once for a hitch and second for a fuel pump. They fixed it and charged us half the price these people did and had us running on the road again very satisfied!. Rifle Equipment had our truck July 2- August 9 and fixed nothing! The mechanic who replaced our fuel pump had our truck 5 hours! You customer service sucks and you really need to keep your customers up to date and not surprise them at the end. The friendly people at Rifle Equipment went above and beyond to repair a broken torsion axle on my trailer while I was traveling from southern California to Denver. They rush ordered the part, rented me their personal trailer for three days while it was being made, and worked after hours to complete the repair so that I could get back on the road. Thank you Josh and everyone at Rifle Equipment!!

They knowingly rent out machinery that is defective. I called to explain what I needed and was told they couldn't help me, but when my husband called, business was handled but not without friction from old man whose colleagues had to apologize for. Got their skidster to the house and the starter went out. Also, I asked if they happened to have any coffee and the old man rolled his eyes and told me Starbucks is down the road. Man, I can't stand rude people ? that make me wanna come across the counter, especially when I am in a crisis! But, hey, where else you gonna go? (& they know that)

Terrible customer service and business practice! We got the wrong equipment that we had reserved over 2 weeks prior and still got charged $400 for their mistakes with “nothing that can be done”. EDIT no, nothing but lies on a long list of lies. Reserved a small trencher and trailer 3 weeks prior. Upon pickup I was informed the trencher was broken. Unlike Rifle Equipment, Honoring my commitment I had to accept the larger one(which they did not have a trailer for) it was delivered and didn’t work out for the job. Used for one hour charged $400. Thank you for nothing Rifle Equipment!

Went for a trailer wash out and had an excellent job done. Took a bit but my trailer was filthy. I ran bark mulch from Sturgis, SD. Hopefully wont be back there but if I am I'll get a washout there.
