My son sent me $100 bouquet. I got 5 balloons that I could get for $5 at the dollar store. When we complained, they told us it was our fault for using 1800 flowers. Sad, that they take zero responsibility.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went online to Flowershopping.com and ordered a "Bundle of Sunshine" Deluxe bouquet for $67.46 to be delivered to a friend. The order went through Flowershopping.com (Whatever you do don't use Flowershopping.com because they have 154 Better business Bureau complaints!!!! Anyway, the first picture is what I ordered. The second picture is what my friend received. I contacted the online company who said Ridge Florist did not have any of the flowers let alone the basket and they substituted per their rules. I didn't order what was in the second picture. They said that Ridge Florist reached out to my friend, nope......and the company also said Ridge stated they will go pick up the flowers. WHO DOES THAT Who delivers flowers to someone and then takes them away. For a total of $87.00 Ridge Florist sent out something not even remotely like what I ordered. RIDGE FLORIST in Lake Placid, FL is NOT a place to order flowers from!!!!!

Update! Now since I am complaining about everything they have called my friend and stated they delivered the wrong arrangement....thought they didn't have the flowers or basket. Funny how that works. Terrible service, especially when you are a new customer! No wonder the stars are only 2. Go elsewhere. The man from Ridge Florist called my friend and stated he would come pick up the arrangement today and then come back with the arrangement I ordered the next day. Yeah, I don't believe that at all. The likelihood of that happening...not

Came in last week hoping to purchase some nice flowers. When I entered instead of not greeting me she insisted on telling me she was busy with another order.

I asked that I wanted to "make a bouquet of flowers" Quickly replied that I can't actually make flowers with a straight face. I laughed it off but she was being serious and in a bad mood. Asked if I could see any available flowers. She went to the back though it took a while to return. I eventually took the hint and left.

Very disappointed!! Made an order on May 9th, 2023 for my mother that is 96 years old. A an arrangement that was $78 for Mother’s Day. I’ve been calling since May 10 to find out why the flowers haven’t been delivered. Today is Mother’s Day May 14 at 4:33 PM and she still does not have flowers. I’ve left numerous messages for them. Nobody calls me back. I’m very disappointing. I want my money back, and I will never do business with you guys again by the way, I usually order three times a year for my mom. Unfortunately I’m not in the same area where she lives or else I would be there handling this myself.

Received a bouquet from family for my birthday. Maybe had $5.00 of flowers. 4 carnations, 2 asters and a couple ferns. Family very upset, not what they had ordered. I called the florist and they made no attempt to make it right. Would not order from them ever. 😒

I received a bouquet for my birthday. It is beautiful; white roses, lillies, a few mums & blue hydrangea. Hydrangeas are typically very fragile but this one stayed full and lush for a week. The roses opened as did the lilies. I am enjoying my bouquet and excited to re-use the blue vase, not your typical "florist" vase. Good job Ridge Florist.

I called and placed an order two weeks in advanced for the perfect delivery I hoped for at least . The day came for the delivery and the day passed and it’s 5:00 p.m. still nothing so I called the office and I’m told that the delivery has been made already which it wasn’t . Then finally after I called the flowers arrived terribly the arrangement was a mess it looked horrible ! I made two orders for a dozen roses and it will be the very last ! Don’t order from this place unless you want to throw your money away you are better off going to Publix or near by gas station and buy flowers there

Shame on you ridge florist. My sister ordered flowers (last week) to be delivered to our mother in a nursing home before Mother’s Day, we’ll it’s 5pm on Mother’s Day and still nothing. SHAME ON YOU Ridge Florest.
