The 2 guys who helped us yesterday went way beyond helping! We came in with a hinge for which we wanted to get replacements. I called earlier to make sure they had them. Joe assured me they had 300 so I made my way in about 1/2 hour away. I get there only to find out it wasn’t the right one! I was bummed seeing I called first & it was 1/2 hour away. The 2 guys (sorry I didn’t get your names), looked in the leftover parts box, scoured the shelves & said he could order them for me since none worked. It was a discontinued item. He finally said, hey have you checked Amazon? I did not as I went to the store in a different location previously & got them. He found them on Amazon & reasonably priced!! He printed off the exact ones to order & went over what he keyed in to find them. I ordered them on the way home & at 5 am they were at my doorstop! Only because these 2 wonderful men took the time to help!!! Thank you for people who care!!! Bruce & Diane

Poor customer service. I tried to talk to the guy about pricing and he was less than forthcoming with pricing etc. He was afraid I could have "been a competitor" looking for their contractor pricing. I just wanted some general info.

The front desk was very polite, there was a bunch of carpenters there getting stuff. I was there just to look at knobs, they explained to me that they are a wholesaler but they could still sell to me. He said he couldn’t help me design the look but I found some that I liked an gave him the item number from a clip board he gave me. When he finished with the customer he gave me the prices and I choose the best one. He told me it wasn’t in stock so I got upset but then he said it would only take a day and he could even ship it to my house!!! All in all it was a great experience! I’m so glad they were able to sale to me cause they have great quality products 😊😊😊

Bought cabinet hinges in Orlando and needed more for my Bradenton home. Called Richelieu thinking I was getting the Sarasota location. In reality calls are directed to Orlando. And I was informed the Sarasota location is for contractors only... No cash-n- carry walk-ins are welcomed! The Tampa location will sell to us non-contractor types but I'm not driving 35 miles one-way. This is not good customer service!!! My cabinet hinges upgrade will have to wait until I'm back in Orlando on business. 😐
