My wife and I recently purchased new GE appliances for our kitchen. Yesterday, Daniel and Jeff delivered and installed the fridge and range. Friendly and courteous service! Appreciated the care they took to get the appliances up our front porch steps and through the doorway without damaging anything. They were also very patient to answer all our questions. And when my wife noticed a small scratch on the freezer door (not caused by Daniel or Jeff), they phoned the store and Julie immediately ordered a replacement. Impressive! We highly recommend Richardson Appliance!

I am Tim's wife and shaye is always so quick to find the problem, fast to fix it. Shaye is very professional and so knowledgeable. He is like data from Star Trek, the next generation! Shaye helps you understand and use your appliance to its fullest ability! You always feel glad that shaye is there to save your appliance like the lone ranger! I was very pleased with the service I received today from Richardson Appliance Service. Luke Allen was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and knew what needed to be done to solve the issue. He explained that a part would have to be ordered, and he would return to install it. He did an excellent job today, and I'm confident the repair will be made in a timely manner.
