I had the very best retail experience at RM Bal Harbor. I called them before arriving to let them know I was interested in swinging by. Before I stepped in, the manager Benoit opened the door for me and greeted me by my name even before I introduced myself. We had a great conversation and I never once felt any sales pressure. Benoit was also very knowledgeable about various other watch brands including the independents. He even stayed past closing time to make sure I got all my questions answered as a potential new customer and gave me a few RM books to read. It was an A+++++ experience for me and I’m excited to dive in deeper with RM. Thanks Benoit!

they do not have anything in stock and would not even put me on the list, i really wish they were nicer and treated us better here, other than that the brand is great and i would have loved to have bought a timepiece from them which according to the lady with curly hair who spoke to me would be virtually impossible.
