If he didn’t know the answer off the top of his head he researched. He gave me the specs on the range so I could go back and do my research. Went back the following weekend with more questions and Josh answered them all. I purchased the range - can’t comment on the range itself but my experience at Rice’s with Josh was great.

Abundant options. Sufficient inventory if you need something in a hurry. Joshua was prepared to answer questions and to understand our needs and priorities. He offered Consumer Reports online if we needed it which says that this local company wants you to make the most informed decision for yourself. The delivery guys showed up at the outset of the delivery window, worked quickly and carefully. Friendly but professional. Price was in the ballpark. Best part: I bought my range at 5 pm two days ago. 48 hours later, I’m standing next to it in my kitchen!

Great experience from beginning to the end. I took advantage of some Memorial Day promotions and was greeted with a smile from Josh. He was knowledgeable and accommodating on Finding the right appliances for my house. The delivery was on point with white glove attention and detail from Paul and Miguel. They were efficient, personable and clean. Followed up by Peggy in customer correspondence to see how my experience was and to answer any questions which she did with great customer service. 5 stars across the board!

It's not close to where I live but I made the drive again because my experience the first time was so good. I got a great deal on two appliances in the "scratch and dent" section and the delivery and installation were top notch. So I drove back when it came time for a new dishwasher. Where other stores would have had me waiting between 2-4 weeks, Rice is taking four days from purchase to delivery/installation.

I always have a fantastic experience at the appliance store, thanks to Josh! He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, guiding me through the selection process without any pressure. Josh answered all my questions and even provided helpful comparisons between different models. His friendly demeanor made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I needed a GE washer and dryer set in white asap. Everyone else was a week out to order. They had it in stock and the staff was super knowledgeable friendly and helpful. I will be back for my kitchen appliances.

We have bought several items from Rice's and each experience has been wonderful. Recently we goofed making a purchase and needed some help getting what we actually needed. They went above and beyond, again the issue was our own doing but they helped us despite that. We appreciate Omesh and Mr. John Rice Jr. So very much and Andrew has great patience. He took my panic phone calls.
