It's an alright place, went for pre loaded so don't know bout live loads? Just be ware they like to crank the trailers to the max, so before you can actually hook up u have to crank said trailers down then proceed.

No over night parking. Easy in n' out. Lots of room for backing. 2 truck stop within 1.5 miles away and many options for "nontruck stop" food places to choose from

This company is always a pleasure to pick up or deliver to. Big parking lots, great employees and light loads. Docks are always modern and for the most part easy to maneuver up to.

Otr drivers..Check in Guard Shack. Get pass to empty trailer. Drop n hook. Drop empty trailer. Fill out gate pass and check out at the guard shack and give pass. We had to wait 4 hours to load the trailer and come back. Check back in at guard shack provide order# and destination. May have show id. Wait for paperwork to get printed. Pick up the loaded trailer in assigned spot#. Check out at guard shack and show paperwork.

Company is great. A lot of space but the security Guard at the Truck entrance is Sucks. They definitely need a better one.

Horrible place to pick up a load from. Saw it was HUGE, and thought, this should be quick and easy, WRONG. Lady at the guard gate VERY rude, no smile, no eye contact, just full of attitude. is they make you leave after you drop your empty, find some way to get turned around, and park all clogging up the entry driveway, instead of doing the smart thing, which would be using all that space on the lot to give us a bobtail holding pen (load wasnt ready of course). I dont understand why companies dont put more thought into designing these distribution centers. Any truck driver could design a much better one than this. Even when your load is ready, the gate takes their sweet time giving you the BOL. Yeah, the guard gate lady ruined it, we dont need to put up with attitude out here, there are other shippers, other loads.

Showed up 20 minutes early, dropped my empty, and got my loaded trailer and paperwork all before my appointment time. The security staff this evening were helpful and very personable. A sight for sore eyes as well. Other D.C.'s take note. #itsabouttime #gateguardsrock #easyineasyout #quicknez

Cleanest and nicest porta potty I've ever been in. But no seriously, this place has some nice people and a nice big lot for trailers and trucks.
