At first I had some issues with this Rent king. But they were resolved in a timely manner. Eric is super nice, he is about pleasing his customers. As so he has. His delivery guys are always very pleasant.

We have resolved the issues. I think there was some mis communication with one employee that no longer works there. Eric is great at being accommodating to your issues to resolve them. I appreciate them. Their delivery drivers are very respectful when in your home.

I walked into my local Rent King and Eric greeted me with a smile when introducing himself, he also was very helpful, kind and patient in finding me exactly what I was looking for with the budget I had to work with (didn’t pressure me into spending above my limit). Another employee Daniella was sweet and helpful even while on her break she was willing to be of assistance. I give this place five stars due to the amazing service, kind and caring employees and the cleanliness of the store. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future furniture needs. Thank you both again for helping me to make my home feel like HOME!
