Remodel Surplus! My husband and I are trying to contact you since Oct 8th, 2021 and we haven’t heard back from you so far. When are you coming back to finish the kitchen cabinets installation you started by the end of July? This is a 30K project and I don’t believe you are considering this project concluded, since there is 1 handle missing, uneven cabinets, bended door, visible nails in the toe kick, as shown in the pictures. In addition, part of the countertop is in front our garage door, waiting for the installation. One star is for the salesman! He did a great job!

9/2020 - Worked with owner, Jose Ortiz, to replace the floors in my condo. He and his team were absolutely amazing and offered pricing that beat any where I compared in the Orlando market. I've attached before and after pictures to show the transformation. My only regret is that I didn't have the budget to execute on the full remodel plan that Jose created for my project. I highly recommend this firm and their install team.

Find a different company. Jose Ortiz is not even a general contractor, he uses someone elses license and dont expect to see either at the jobsite. You can expect to have workers peeing in your lawn, slow work if any, poor workmanship (on anything that might get finished) and lies. He will tell you that he will have "as many guys as needed", LOL, he has no guys. He tried to go around me to the bamk and tell them the project was finished to get paid, now refuses to submit a list of what was done and what needs to be done.... I wonder why? He uses RS Construction to double dip and overcharge. Trash company. Go elsewhere, I have seen the poor reviews on other sites also, wish I would have looked ahead of time.

First and foremost, Jose is excellent at consultation and finding you what you’re looking for. Then he and the guys he works with are even better at making it happen. I’ve worked with Jose for 2 flooring jobs now and the 2nd time was even better then the first. Everyone who sees our floors are always awestruck and wants to know where we got them and who installed them. I’ll recommend working with Jose to anyone who’ll listen.
