Mike is great. I’ve always used him for servicing the two bikes I bought there. Except once when I was in a hurry and Mike was busy so I went to a competitor “family” bike store. They replaced my rear cassette and chain. I rode it for about a month, and the chain would hop off the high gear in the rear, a few times. ( don’t use that gear much). Of course it’s normal to need to adjust the derailleur after a new chain and cassette.
So I popped into the competitors shop. thinking he would adjust the stop for me. ( a very easy thing). The competitor questioned whether I was telling the truth that he had worked on the bike, badgered me why I didn’t bring it back with 2-3 days, and essentially accused me of lying that he had done the work!
So I said goodbye and went down to Relentless bikes( where I should have gone in first place). Mike at relentless fixed the adjustment in about 10 seconds. I promised Mike I would never go anywhere else. He laughed and I tipped him ( he wasn’t even going to charge me! )

Great place and nice owner. Very helpful. I walked in and the owner was working on another bike but he stopped and put my inner tube in my tire very quickly and put air in it. Very great price I’d say for his quick service. Thank you!

Went in to get my brakes fixed on my small ebike and received immediate assistance without an appointment. $50 and 10 minutes later I had new brake pads front and back and adjustments made to make stopping safe again! Great service and super convenient location.

I just moved up to Lake Worth from Delray Beach and needed a new bike shop. I stumbled on Relentless Bicycles by pure chance and I have to say I'm very glad I did. The owner and his mechanic are very personable and down to earth. They were extremely patient with me and didn't try to "sell" me on anything at all. They were very transparent and upfront about repair costs as well as the purchase of a (new to me) Cannondale road bike. I firmly believe I bought the best bike I've ever had for significantly less than I have seen anywhere else... I highly recommend them to anyone from novice to expert.

I went in with a question and frustration because of a cable getting twisted and scrubbing my disk brake on my e-bike. The place was packed with customers and the owner multi-task the phone, customers and corrected my issue. He has a customer for life. I don't leave many post but I had to advise this is the place to go with bike problems.

Recently had bike serviced:

Simple tune up took two weeks, granted there was an issue with my some part needing to be order but I received zero follow up via the phone on the delays or an eta.

Further more the tune up still has issues as my chain was completely pushed off the gears when shifting to my top gear. I'm not expecting everything to run as smooth as the day I bought it without new parts, but I shouldn't be worried about loosing my chain mid ride...

Didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, was very honest and kind. What I thought was going to be a bunch of money to fix, was a tiny fraction of the cost I had in mind.
