Do not purchase anything online. This company has too many stores consolidated into one and customer service is terrible. Tracking of refunds and viewing what you purchased online is very difficult. I purchased 8 items and returned 2 and Rejuvenation has still to refund my money. I all them and they say they tell me that investigations department will call me back and guess what, no call back weeks later. I call them again, and same thing. I had to call my credit card for refund. Will never do business with this company. They are pleasant to speak to, but there is no experience person that is accountable when calling.

First, I just have to say that Rejuvenation light fixtures (in particular) are some of the most comfortable luxury fixtures I have seen. I absolutely love them. I like other things about Rejuvenation's products, but their lighting is my favorite. Second, I have to give the HIGHEST compliments to the customer service from Will who helped me find a solution for a difficult timing situation. He was incredibly pleasant and helpful in a moment where I was a little stressed about finding a solution. Great customer service from Will, and I recommend Rejuvenation!

Not even sure how this “William Sonoma” store is legally operating… 11 years + of terrible reviews ALL regarding terrible customer service and terrible management. Please don’t go here and lose $6000 worth of product. Item not delivered due to “damaged packing” went in person and waiting 3 hours to speak to manager who was actually hiding in the back and even entered the back door just to avoid acknowledging me until I had to take it upon myself to imitate handling their issues. Manager was the most unhelpful being I’ve ever encountered, regardless if anything could have been resolved, he gave me 0 sympathy and all he did was offer to call their 1-800 customer service number on my behalf which I’ve done several times to no evail. This business is so scammy please do yourself a favor and read the countless reviews on google and yelp before making your decision. This store is deceptive and severely incompetent and something illegal must be going on. Also bought a mirror here that was “delivered” but then delivered back to their store yet they refuse to help because on their end the status says status, yet they know it’s been taken back to their store for reasons they refuse to provide and won’t give me a refund or even mail me a new one…They’re really good at going radio silent when you need help and taking money from you but not providing any literal service. Go there if you want to experience ignorance, arrogance and theft.

I don’t know who does the hiring but they need to be fired immediately. Was in there about a month ago with nobody else in the store. 3 employees did their best to ignore me or anyone else that entered after me. My previous experience with them was more of the same except for the times when you arrive about 20 minutes before closing only to find out they had locked the doors and were hiding in the back. The employees have cost this store so much money.

Beautiful products. Beautiful store. However, I’d suggest you shop online or the catalog instead. We arrived at the Berkeley store at 5:30, just as an employee was closing the doors. Despite the hours on the door stating closing was at 6pm. We entered and were greeted by no one, but rather glared at by a young woman (a perfect counterpart to the rude male employee). She rudely glared at all further customers (with arms crossed and legs crossed) that entered and greeted no one. As if all customers that entered we’re an inconvenience. The male employee then rudely stated that the bathrooms were “closed” as a man entered to use the restrooms. He knocked on the door and again sternly told the man “sir, this bathroom is closed”. This male employee then proceeded to tell the young woman employee at 5:45pm, stand by the door and don’t let anyone else in. We exited as we understood that they wanted everyone out. They then locked the doors at 5:45pm. We watched as over a dozen other customers approached the door and tried to enter, confused as the store should not have closed until 6pm.
This is a high end product, very high price point. Please train your employees to have work ethic and basic customer service skills. I will never return to this location. (We visited on Sept 16, 2023 at 5:30pm)

Good lighting choices, as long as you’re delivered the right items!
I’ve been having extremely difficult interactions with multiple customer service representatives to replace a simple part. It’s been a few weeks and I am still being passed around by service reps like… well you can imagine yourself.

Be advised when purchasing from this company. The lack of a product rating system on their website, in addition to the sheer difficulty of returns and exchanges makes shopping here a frustrating experience.
