So what's all the hype about "Paul and Edgar." Two exceptional, extremely personable, friendly, helpful, professional installers who exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make me happy. We're not new Reids customers, they have been taking care of all of our Appliances needs for decades and hopefully you will give them all your future business and let them prove to you that the customer is truly in charge. Kudos to sales, delivery and ownership. Please don't change a thing!!!

Buying appliances from Reid's was a really great experience. I understand salespeople are supposed to spend time with you because it is how they make money, but Dan went above and beyond, talking through how we used our appliances, what we cooked, how we cooked, and then how much time we were willing to spend cleaning. In the end we found the perfect appliances to fit both our wants and our needs.
Then the installation could not have been better. The installers were so professional and courteous. They took care of our kitchen and were very careful with the installation.
Reid's is definitely delivering on customer service!

Reids Appliances are amazing. At the Ventura store, we primarily dealt with Frank. Frank pointed out the microwave we needed and explained all the features. No pressure. He handled the sale professionally and friendly. The date of install on Friday June 7, came off without a hitch. Our installers were Paul and Edgar. Both were incredible, on time, and were extremely friendly and courteous. Reids is very fortunate to havePaul and Edgar as employees.We enjoyed our painless install. Paul and Hunter went out of their way to install our appliances. Paul took the time to reroute piping in order to get our new dishwasher running that early afternoon. This is despite having many customers waiting. I was told by Edison that the gas wasn’t working and therefore my oven was not operable. Paul quickly took a look at it, counseled me and actually got it running in an instant! I highly recommend Reid appliances because of their generous and professional staff.

Recently purchased a new very large refrigerator from Reid Appliance Ventura. Alex, Adam and Mike had the tough job of removing old fridge and replacing in very tight area. They also had many difficult stairs to maneuver. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, friendliness and overall great job. Highly recommend.
