Paid a large amount for one of their technicians to set up / repair a vintage stove . I was assured by Redwood appliance that the stove was correctly functioning and safe to use in my family home. A few months later the stove randomly began leaking gas which could of been fatal if not caught. After catching the leak and turning off the gas/ venting the home I called red wood appliance and told them the situation. They scheduled me to come and remedy the situation. On the day they were suppose to arrive they never showed up, instead a woman called me two hours after the scheduled time and said that the issue was out of their warranty and offered no assistance. They stated they were not coming and that they had no responsibility. I am now taking them to court. I advise not using this company for anything.

I have done business with the owner (Kirk) for over 25 years. A 2nd generation family-owned business with good ole fashioned service.Treated like a NEW customer every time. Friendly, honest and knowledgable staff, along with great service — Brandon, Tom and Tyler are awesome. The repair shop is second to none. Customer service continues after the sale. They will make an attempt (if feasible) to fix what you have BEFORE up-selling you to a new appliance.
Once you do business with Redwood Appliance, you will be glad you did.

Jan was unfriendly and unhelpful the minute she picked up the phone. They need to hire a younger person who doesn’t treat customers like they’re a bother and wants to hang up the phone as soon as possible.

We have a brand new dishwasher that is no longer under warranty but has been barely used (a dozen times?) and makes a terribly loud noise when you turn start it.I suppose Crosley/General Electric made a bad product but if I owned the store I’d have had a technician drive a block to take a look or even listen over the phone before I charge the customer(neighbor) $150 service charge on an appliance that should not be having this problem. A technician would have been able to see its brand new and unused.

I'm very pleased with the refurbished washer machine that they delivered and installed. They took away the old one which is very convenient. Everybody was very polite and helpful. The guy who came to install the washing machine even fixed my dryer vent because it wasn't venting properly. Would 100% recommend.

I have to say this appliance center has the best service I have experienced in a long time. The washer I purchased didn't work, not because of the washer but because of the water pressure in the home I was living in. Not only did they come and get the washer and replace it with another brand new one, they gave a refund to my client. This kind of customer service doesn't exist anymore!!!! I recommend Jan, Tom, John and everyone at Redwood Appliance for their integrity and honesty and just plain good old home town service!!!!!! Thanks all of you so much.

Ordered an expensive unit. Price of delivery was quadruple checked, and yet they wildly overcharged. I was very helpful. Busted my threshold (it would have been loud) but delivery guy hid it from me. Did not level my units. He looked mad when he handed me the bill, though I was extremely and repeatedly clear with staff about the install. Mgmt refunded a small amount.
