Had a bike rack failure on our trip to RMNP and Redstone [Dave] provided excellent service, turnaround and pricing for a rear brake rotor disc replacement, partially re-truing the wheel, and a pedal replacement. My bike was back in service with in a couple of days! Highly recommend Face and his shop, Redstone Cyclery... can't say enough positives! Cheers!

EDIT 5/13: Maybe the owner thought it was be cute to post my location in his response. Pretty scummy practice and doesn't change the experience but adds some insight to him as a person (Dave Chase). Dealer brings up bikes being hard to get but also told me he could order the Sentinel v2 no problem. Seems as if the post was dishonest. When asking about them getting the bike I treated as if I had never done business with them before. Granted I got a good deal Previously but $5k on a bike still isn't cheap.

Unfortunately having to edit this review. Previous experience was great and I was thanked for giving the small shop some business. Being a return customer meant nothing to them during pandemic times. Was looking to see what the best deal would be I could get on a new bike and was told price would be MSRP. Bummer that previous dealings meant nothing to them. They didn't even acknowledge me as a return customer.... was a very short "yeah, this is the price". They were no better than my local shops and I ended up going with Bike Fix out of Utah. Would highly recommend giving Bike Fix a call or at very least shopping around. Won't be coming back here for anything because they fell into the "we don't have to do anything because bikes are selling themselves" attitude. Well, market has flip flopped and hopefully consumers remember who acted like this.

Best bike mechanic on the front range!! Dave is honest and has integrity. If a part is not in stock he bends over backwards to make sure you get it. His knowledge of bikes is diverse and bottomless and he always takes the time to trouble shoot with me so I understand all my options. Redstone Cyclery has helped me and my passion for bikes immensely over the past 8 years. No matter what problem I've come in with he has never made me feel stupid or inferior. The man is humble and dedicated. You will be hard pressed to find a better service and sales location. There are a lot of bike shops in Boulder, but I have yet to find one that can match Redstone. I drive to Lyons from Longmont for service because it is worth it. Can't be beat!!! Give them a shot and you will be glad you did!

Stopped by for Chain lube...and was given a great recommendation as well as instructions on how to apply. This level of customer service and personal attention is just about impossible to find in today's world and is much appreciated. If you are in the area, it's worth the drive. You will leave the store knowing more about bikes then when you came.
