Es la peor compra q e echo compré un vaniry y unos sifas el 20 de enero del 2021 . El vaniry me lo enviaron quebrado y los sofás rompidos yame al dueño y me dijo q en 6 semanas me los cambiaría pasaron las 6 semana y ni una Yamada de ellos entonces les yame y no quisieron contestarme fui personalmente a las 10 semanas el dueño me trató muy mal y me grito soy mujer y me sentí muy mal con esta situación por q compré mis sofás no le pedí q me los regalara y le pagué cash y ellos me mandaron sofás rompidos q mal trato le dan Asus clientes después q ase una compra

This place I actually felt bad for writing this review because they were nice but now I see it was basically a used car dealership. I went in and purchased my entire house furniture and it was a mistake. The delivery drivers broke my dresser ans never replaced it. My L shaped sectional thread is falling apart in MULTIPLE places and I can't even get a response and it was almost 4000 for just that. I should have purchased from Walmart....at least they would've took it back or replaced it......

Absolutely do NOT purchase from here. It’s been almost 2 months since i placed an order of a couch and I have received nothing. I’ve gone to talk to them in person and called and they have only tried delivering the couch cushions. How Not to mention I am getting billed already with nothing in my house. They are absolutely no help in the store either. Went to talk to them today and got kicked out of the store for confronting them.

So I finally was able to talk with Doug. It was almost a Month since I order my furniture and was missing a recliner. The other staff just lied and gave me the run around. Telling me it's out for delivery and never showed. Advising me they will check on it and call back advising me it will deliver on 11/12. Never got a call back ever and I called weekly. I spoke with Doug on 11/16 he advised me to give him until noon. I did and I had my recliner by 2pm. A guy delivered it in his own truck. Thank you Doug. You all need to replace the other employees as they are not reliable and not professional and just tell you what you want to hear and not deliver what they say. Bad business on their part. Thank you Doug for delivery my recliner.

After much deliberation, I have mustered the courage to write this review. I generally refrain from writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment with my purchase. Initially, Red took the time to explain the patterns, measurements, and colors, and promised to deliver the couch within 10 days. He also assured me that the fabric had a stain protector. I also made sure to request soft cushions. However, none of these promises were kept, and it took multiple deliveries to rectify the issues.

August 7, 2023, I placed an order for the couch and was promised a delivery within 10 days. Despite several follow-ups, I received conflicting responses. On August 28, 2023, the couches were delivered, but they were missing a piece and not as ordered. The cushions were also hard as a rock, contrary to my request for soft cushions. I was told that the cushions would soften over time, and a missing piece was ordered. September 20th the missing piece was delivered with incorrect feet and no hook to connect to couch, the couch was eventually fixed, but it frequently comes apart. The cushions are uncomfortably hard, causing my family and guests to avoid the living room like the plague. They also stain easily, making the overall experience frustrating and leading me to not recommend purchasing from the store.

Buying our living room set was a great experience. Little Red and staff were polite and when it came to the recliner, due to medical reasons we went with a power recliner. We received our set but they sent the wrong recliner despite the conversation we had. I called them that day, they told me they made a note of it but I have physically went to the store, called and texted over 10 times this week alone. Connie who was responding before we got our set never responded after. Calls are not being answered or when they say they will call back they don't. I was told I would get my recliner this week and nothing. This is disappointing as I didn't get what I paid for, and am now being ignored as they already collected their money. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for your household needs to avoid the hassle and disappointment. I have a piece of furniture that the intended recipient can't even use and they are fully aware.

My parents have had issues with them since May. Everyone she speaks to claims to know that there is an issue but it has not been resolved. They're constantly telling her that they will call her back by a certain day or time and no one ever does. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unfortunately your can't leave negative stars. Check out Royal Furniture instead on Blackstone, I have been their loyal customer for nearly decade now. My parents regret every stepping foot into this establishment, and they don't deserve to be treated the way the have been treated.
