Searching for a suitable comfortable chair throughout 4 furniture stores and found the perfect fit for my petite wife.
There are not many choices for smaller framed people to be able to sit straight backed with neck/ head support while feet touching the floor. This version of a power rocker recliner absolutely fit. Model "Adele".

One stop shopping. Our saleswoman was very helpful when we were done looking around and was quite knowledgeable about the pieces we selected without having to review. We needed up ordering pieces from 3 different collections.

The experience with this store was a mixed bag for me.
The customer service experience with the online order fulfillment on the was less than great. I chose my pickup date while placing my order, received an email confirming that date, which was a Tuesday, just to find when I showed up on that date, that items for customer pickup are delivered on Wednesday and that my item was not in the store. When questioning why they would let me choose a date that was not an actual option, the answer was that the date you choose doesn’t matter and that items will come on the Wednesday after the selected date. The person at customer service continued to explain that she did not understand why I was there if I did not receive a text notification that my item was ready. Nothing I had received hinted at the fact that I would even receive a text. So make sure to call the store you are picking up at and verify their pick up day and don’t go until you receive that text.

The next day, when I went after receiving said text, I went back to the store to pick up my order. The person at customer service was very friendly, made sure I knew where to go and confirmed that my item was ready at the loading dock. When I pulled around an employee met me, was very friendly and helped me load my item into my truck.

Went to the Waterford, CT store to purchase a couch and the front door was locked. Looked at the hours sign and it said they opened at 10am but it quite a bit earlier so we started to walk back to our car and a nice young lady opened the door and told us to come in. She made our day for sure. We really love the store and how warm and welcoming the employees are. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good reasonable furniture. They have furniture to please everyone who visits the store. Nice quality furniture.

We recently visited Raymour & Flanigan in Waterford to find new living room furniture and were very happy by the selection and service. The store was organized, making it easy to find exactly what we were looking for.

Paul Jensen, our salesperson, was absolutely terrific. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand our style and needs. We never felt pressured, and he helped us find the perfect living room furniture that not only looks great but also fit within our budget.

Much of their furniture is in stock and we were able to get a quick delivery which was a bonus. The delivery was prompt and efficient. The delivery team were careful and polite. Overall, our experience at Raymour & Flanigan was great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.
