My second purchase of a major appliance was so easy! What the salesman and I had discussed a month earlier was kept on file, so when I called and said, "washer's dead, I'll need the new one," he was able to pull up the email he sent me. He applied the lower on sale price and threw in free installation. I had the newer nicer model in 3 days. I can also state the installers are extremely neat and professional.
I hope I get a break on the predictable demise of the older kitchen appliances, but when needed, this is where I will buy again.

I bought a Speed Queen TC5 From Queen City on February 1, 2025. I could not be more pleased. Machine is US made, quality built, has a five-year warranty, It has a reputation for lasting 20+ years. Not only that, the person who does my plumbing told me not to waste my money on big box stores appliances that are not manufactured to last anymore. All you have to do is look at the YouTube reviews. I particularly loved dealing with Queen City and found the staff to be personable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I especially like the fact that they offered 12 months same as cash financing through Wells Fargo. I was fortunate that they had just gotten a shipment in so I was able to get my machine immediately and start using. Is important to read the instructions before you ever start to use it because you put the laundry and clothes in before you start the cycle. Great instructions come with the machine; butif you need a demo there's one on YouTube.

Wonderful experience, excellent service, and very happy with the quality of our new fridge. You get the feeling of a small local shop with all the knowledge and resources of a large corporation. We had a lovely experience buying the fridge, without being upsold and quick delivery timeline. Even the delivery person was friendly, neat in our house and helpful with pointers and information for initial use of the appliance. We will definitely bring using the company again in the future for any appliance needs!

We just purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer pair from Queen City and could not be happier with our experience. We purchased the TR5 and DR5 over the phone with the assistance of Dave Webb. His testimonials about the brand and his own ownership of Speed Queen laundry machines sold us firmly on the brand (although we already knew they were the top in reliability).

The delivery experience was also great. Both of the gentleman handled our appliances with care and made the install experience completely hands-off. They even made sure to level the appliances and tested them before leaving. I'm hoping we'll have decades of use out of our new washer and dryer.

The experience was great from start to finish. I would give the installers 10 stars if I could they arrived on time knew what they were done quick and easy and no mess!! They were very careful with the floors and surrounding area not to damage anything while they worked. Great job!

Website easy to navigate and local store in Greensboro outstanding on the price and coordinating delivery of item quickly . Price much better than Lowe’s and no delay in installing .
