I was sold a GE cafe stove that is complete junk. Literally worse than the 35 year old stove it replaced. The burners are all miscalibrated so you have hell fire (on setting 6) and no heat on high.

Not to mention it is a fire Hazard.

They would not replace this piece of junk. They sent out multiple « repair » people.

I am out thousands of dollars. And buy the way I bought 10000 of products. So they don’t even care.

GE cafe is junk and so is Queen

I had a tight space for a new refrigerator and thought I would need a 33" model. Becca was able to show us a 36" model that fit. She beat everyone else's advertised price and had it scheduled for delivered in a few days. The delivery crew did an exceptional job with install.

Queen Appliance is that small town kind of store that has disappeared over the years. My parents shopped here in the 1960's. My oven died about a week before our family Christmas gathering. The big box stores were unable to deliver anything in a timely fashion. We went to Queen and were assisted by Becca. She showed us some ranges that were in stock at their local warehouse and we picked one. The prices were in-line with the big box stores but the service far exceeded them.
They had the new range installed that week and we used it to cook dinner for 16. Becca was in constant communication with us leading up to and even after the delivery, so we were never in doubt that it would be delivered in time. Thank you to everyone at Queen Appliance and especially thank you to Becca.

Deliver, Installation, and haul away was awesome and quick. The workers were knowledgeable and upfront. Great experience. I have bought from Queen KOP since I moved there in 2018. Never had a problem. Great ppl to deal with.

Not only do they make the purchase process easy (thanks, Becca), the delivery and installation team is great and when you need service or warranty assistance (and you will because appliances aren’t what they used to be), Joe is the man! I had an issue with my delivery. However, Joe helped resolve the issue. Then, it was fine. Next, I submitted the info for the rebate for my appliances. The amount was incorrect. I reached out to Joe and he corrected the amount. Joe followed up and provided excellent service. I really appreciate Joe's effort.

I have purchased multiple appliances from Queen at this point and Angie is an awesome sales agent with great attention to communication. I knew exactly what I was looking for and she helped identify what appliances matched my needs. She provided appliance comparisons when more than one was a good fit for me to compare. As far as my deliveries have been...great! Communication about when was very helpful. The guys who came and installed made the magic happen and the old appliances go away (I chose this option). I had only one incident where the appliance did not perform immediately out of the gate so the troubleshooting began...all hands on deck between the delivery people, my sales person and the manager. A solution was achieved satisfactory for everyone and I am ultimately a happy camper. Nothing is going to be perfect every time, but it is the customer service and follow up management that makes this key in having a truly satisfactory transaction. Customer service matters so please consider this important when making a decision on what and where to purchase your next appliance.

I purchased 3 appliances from here allmost a year ago, the dishwasher that I purchased was recommended by the sales person. I've had nothing but problem since I purchased it. You have to clean the dishwasher every month. It's actually easier to just wash the dishes than it is to maintain the dishwasher. Congratulations GE you made a product that's harder to maintain and more work than actually doing the labor manually yourself. Again, this product was recommended by the sales person from this store and it is an absolute nightmare.

Every single appliance I purchased is a piece of garbage do not buy GE and do not buy anything from here because they will not give you good recommendations.
