Thank you so much to Lenny and his crew. They are fantastic people, very professional and kind. They came in after a pipe had a leak in it behind a wall in the bathroom. All the water damaged wall, cabinets, etc were removed and any mold remediated the right way. Every part of the process was explained thoroughly. They took excellent care of all our furniture, etc while this was going on. Everything was wrapped and protected. Then we just had to pick out new cabinets and finishes. The samples are brought to your home so it makes the whole process a lot easier. They rebuilt it all and the bathroom now looks brand new, updated and beautiful.

I just purchased a home and found a small amount of mold with an endoscopic camera in my bathroom wall. I got in touch with Lenny who was able to come out the very next day to take a look. With a two month old and an almost two year old I take clean air in my home very seriously and Lenny was honest, he was kind, and he provided solutions and offered expertise and advice for how to prevent future issues in my home. There were only a few inches of mold in our wall and he instructed me to fix our shower so that water does not enter the wall anymore and the mold will die. he said it is not airborne or a risk to my family. He also instructed us on what needed to be done to the space in order to ensure water would no longer be escaping. And when it came time to pay for the service call, the wealth of knowledge shared and time and effort that Lenny provided, he would not allow me to give him a dime.
When it comes to calling contractors, I’m always so nervous about someone shady coming out either ripping me off or not doing quality work and I can easily say I’d hire Lenny in a heartbeat and trust in in good hands with whatever he advises.

Lenny, Alec and their crew did a beautiful job on restoring my kitchen after it got mold from hurricane Ian. The quality of the cabinets is exceptional and their workmanship top notch. The response from Quality Restoration Services was timely and the visit to quote was also timely. The quote was detailed - giving the customer the information needed to know exactly what would be done. The job entailed a lanai ceiling - which needed scraped, caulked, and painted. It also entailed repairing a brick outdoor windowsill which had to be removed and fixed to code including adding rebar and mortar/concrete/latex mix to repair and then replace the brick sill. The work quality was excellent, the communication was excellent, the job was captured on pictures (as I was not there when the work was done). I am now in Florida and it looks as good in person as it did in pictures. Excellent work and response time. Overall, I would recommend Quality Restoration Services! Cheryl
