I recently had LVP flooring installed by Quality House Interiors. Our old tile/carpet floor combo was a difficult job, but Ben, the owner, along with Paula, the sales rep, could not have done a better job at helping it along. This is a top notch company and their customer service gets even MORE than 5 stars! Our installer, Jason, paid attention to each detail and did a fantastic job. We love Quality Interiors SO much, we are now back for bathroom tiles and more. Highly recommended!!

We have ordered from Quality House 5 different times and every single time has been a wonderful experience. They installed blinds for our entire house. We had one blind that was a little crooked when it was in the fully open position. It wasn't that noticeable, but Ben took it back to the shop and worked on it until it was perfect! Our carpet installs were also wonderful experiences! Our stairs presented a bit of a challenge, but their installers were creative and had the perfect solution. Paula was so helpful with design and product selection. She also became my "go to" with any questions or concerns. If she wasn't available when I called, she would always call me back within the hour. I just can't say enough good things about this company and the people!

I was new to Durango, and Quality House Interiors became highly recommended. I worked with Paula who was very helpful and patient working with me for tile and carpet selections. The customer service was excellent as far as scheduling and problem solving.
Greg, the installer for my carpet, did an amazing job and was great to work with! I would highly recommend Quality House Interiors!

We love our new carpet!! We can't say enough good things about Quality House Interiors - every aspect was top notch - from product inventory, quotation, delivery, installation and then subsequent service follow through with a mishap of spilled bleach. From Janet, who helped us select the appropriate carpeting for our needs and taste, to Larry, the estimator, to the installers, Rick and Jonathan, who were very professional and did an over-the-top excellent job. We felt very well taken care of and that we mattered - so much so that we actually felt like we were always a priority! Such a welcome feeling in this world of anonymity! I would highly recommend them for any interior household projects.

Selection and quality of carpet was excellent. The staff followed the shipment till arrival.
The greatest part was the quality of installation. A one man show that work like a crew. He matched patterns perfectly and I dare anyone to find a seam where they came together. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of the Company and instillation. I will recommend them to anyone who wants carpets in the Durango area.
