Called Friday at 2pm and waited for a return call. Appt made for Mon between 3-5pm. Gave them make, module and issue with dryer. Buyer beware My fault for not asking ahead of time - Service call was not emergency but charged $180. The part replaced was $25. I would like to have a response back why the service call was so much money? We are elderly seniors over 65 watching our pay. Yes, maybe $100 or $120 for a service call. The repair person did fix the issue after 4pm. The repair person knocked the dryer door screw off and did not put back the door properly so my dryer door is loose on one hinge. I also found a sticker on my dryer advertising the business. I have left 2 messages with this company to ask them why their service call price is so high before I got to BBB.

Bought a magic chef chest freezer from home depot 6 years ago. Last night it stopped working.
Opened the side of the freezer and compressor was warm/hot but not running. Researched on youtube and found out start relay may be bad.
Called Jim and told him the situation, he asked to bring the old relay to store, gave me a new one (not same but supported relay) explained how to connect the new one and listened to the troubleshooting i had done.
New relay connected and freezer working again.
Highly recommend this place because it is a local business and we should all support it. Also, they offer appliance repair for all home appliances.
Not a rip off at all.

Had my circuit board go on my GE dishwasher, and was faced with a decision to try to order one online, buy a new dishwasher, or try local. I called Quality, not only did they have the part, but it was half the price online competitors had it for, And I could pick it up that day! I brought it home, replace the part, and my dishwasher is running, I could not be happier. A+

Friday June 5th my shark vacuum was dropped off. Over the course of the past 3 months I've done nothing but get more irritated. My vacuum sat for 3 weeks before the part was even ordered. I was also told they were swamped with fixing AC's, meaning my vacuum took a back seat. After several more weeks go by they blame shark for how long it's taking to be fixed as they report they are waiting for the part. They also used COVID-19 as an excuse. I recieve a call on Monday August 24th that my vacuum is ready. My mom kindly offers to pick it up as their hours make it impossible for me to get there with work. She shows up yesterday between 1 and 130 and they are flippin closed! They are open until 2. Even worse their phone recording says they are open until 5. I'm so over it. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I will just buy a new vacuum. OR buy the damn part myself as he told me the part alone cost 150.00. Online says 119.95!

These guys are super nice and did excellent work on a machine I thought was a goner. My daughter had dropped it down an entire flight of stairs and burned up the belt. They repaired the damage, belt and replaced the filters. Brought in my vacuum on Saturday and it was finished by Thursday!

I took my Bissell Pro Heat shampooer to be repaired because the spray wasn't working. I picked it up sometime later due to transportation issues.
When I received it the machine was filthy under the carriage, the wheels, and the water bladder had dirty water in it. I decided to let the matter go, and cleaned it up myself. I used it several months later, and it worked for 3 feet and quit spraying ! I notified the person that answers the phone, and he told me to bring it back in, I did when I was finally able to this week. I left it again. I was charged another $16 because whoever worked on it had to change the spray tips, I paid about $70 the first time I left it. What I object to is why wasn't it REPAIRED the first time I left it ?
What's really a disappointment is that once again the machine was returned filthy. The condition of the owners place of business should have been my first clue.
