I must say I read all of the negative reviews before coming to the store so I was prepared for crappy customer service. As soon as we walked in the salesman at the front asked us if we needed help we said no thank you and we proceeded to try / lay on all of the beds because we intended to originally try the beds there and then buy them online. Low and behold Abdullah the salesman who was there was extremely friendly and extremely helpful with the entire process. He even gave us some helpful tips on the internal customer service and how we can avoid having bad experiences like many other people described. He even told us that we all have 100 day trial. Where we can either return the item or exchange it for a different mattress. Also he mentioned how the Purple website shows and sells only one version of each of their mattresses, the soft ones; when there are actually two, firm and soft …..like I said kudos to Abdullah he was amazing!! 😊

I bought my mattress here 1 year and a half ago. Amazing price on the “refurbished” purple 2. Until today I love my mattress. I don’t have any back pain since I have it. I was suffering all my life! It has not deformed or changed at all and EVERYONE who tries at my home ended up getting one. Very happy with quality and price

I came in the store for curiosity to see if they actually had outlet prices. And they did! I was promptly greeted and taken care of by Brandon M. I said I was looking for the purple pillows, he showed me 3 options and allowed me to try them out. I purchased my first pillow and enjoyed it a lot. I eventually came back for a second pillow, and Brandon still assisted me with my next purchase. Overall amazing staff and great products!

I came here to finally get a purple mattress after years of being unable to afford one. The sales rep was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I was quoted an incorrect value and was offered a 10% discount for the confusion, which I greatly appreciated. I felt valued as a customer. I asked if I could walk around a minute to think about the large order and when I returned ready to purchase, i was told by a new gentleman without a name tag or uniform that they would not be able to honor the 10% unless I purchased an additional 2000 adjustable base I wasn't interested in buying. It felt unprofessional and like I was being treated as if I was stealing from the company. I love the product, but I can't stand behind the representation of the company. As I said before, the sales reps were very helpful and didn't do anything wrong.
