Built a deck 10 years ago with this lumber purchase at Lowes in ft payne al. Deck was in the sun 3/4 of the day. This is what happened to pressure treated wood. Will not purchase your lumber again, this should not happen if there’s no ground contact and bottom of deck was not inclosed. So plenty of air circulation.

I think it is unfair that they write "not tarped" on the BOL when they didn't test moisture content on top of the lumber. Why can I not untarp where I spend the night 30 minutes away when I wake? It saves time to unloading lumber.

One of my customers had an immediate need, and Fernando and Sunbelt went above and beyond to help my Pro out. They do not sell directly to the public, but they will assist you with your needs, and point you to where you can buy from them (Lowe's, for example.) The people were very friendly, and my contact Fernando is a good guy.

Very poor customer service. Called and asked general questions about their pressure treated lumber products. Not one employee could answer my questions! How can a company not be able to answer general questions about products they manufacture?

Must have an appointment to get unloaded quick, trucks fill up the yard quick, drop your paperwork at the office and they will get u asap.

Went through a local home store to have fencing replaced from a storm. Wood planks of poor quality, warping, cracking. Better avoid this place if seeing it on a work order and it is a wood product.

Worst place ever to get unloaded at it shouldn’t take 4hrs to unload 3 trucks. And then the lady in the office said they stop receiving at 3pm come to find out they receive till bout 8pm. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE
