I recently went to Prosource after visiting 4 other stores looking for tile. I did not have a clear vision in mind of what I wanted. I arrived without an appointment and was introduced to David Maluda. What an absolute Gem this guy is! I couldn't have been more unclear and unsure of what I wanted for my laundry renovation and the first tile he took me to, I LOVED. He proceeded to take me throughout the store helping me try to narrow it down. I left with a few samples to take home and view in my space. Ultimately, I ended up buying the first tile he showed me! Seriously I was shocked after going to four other stores and not seeing any good contenders he was my lucky charm! Also, he was so kind and patient with me! I will definitely be back and I would 100% request his assistance again! It was a wonderful experience!

This is not the place to visit for quality tiles. We are from Miami and our daughter was looking for a tile similar to what we have in our house, bathroom etc which looks like wood, doesn't slip and it's actually tile so it can be easily mopped. We were shown different colors and the tile she ended up selecting cannot be mopped. The installer wasn't sure it was an interior tile, but prosource confirmed it was interior and we found out my daughter was cleaning with a broom since any mopping material would be ripped trying to mop. I doubt my daughter is the only one with this issue. We ended up paying over $1k to have the floor cleaned, waxed after spending over $7k in entire project. The description missing “no mopping”
Unfortunately, the company that came to clean & wax to be able to mop the tile said this is a common occurrence in Orlando. Manufacturers of these caliber are able to sell their products in stores that don’t test or stand by their products. Since this wax isn’t permanent, instead of remodeling the bathroom or doing other projects the tiles in living, dining, kitchen and foyer will need to be replaced when the procedure we just paid for goes away. We ordered stone for columns on our new build from ProSource. The original choice was not available and another product was substituted. The product we received was of very poor quality making the installation very challenging and finished product looked terrible. After contacting ProSource regarding the issues, we were contacted by Angel in the Claims Dept. and was instructed to make an appointment with Audra to look at replacement stone. Once we met with Audra, she and Angel worked together to insure we chose a quality product and to our surprise, the entire order was replaced and delivered at no cost to us. The new stone looks amazing. Thank you ProSource!
Angel and Audra were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, addressed all of our questions and kept communication open from selecting the stone to the delivery. We highly recommend making and appointment with Audra and Angel. You won't be disappointed.

ProSource was great! Jenny and Patricia were both super helpful during the entire process. The Salcedo Flooring team did an excellent job and were fast. They even got some of the squeaky floors that I couldn’t get rid of. He originally estimated it to be a two day job and did everything in less than one. We’re absolutely loving our new carpet. It’s so nice and soft. Love it! Appreciate both of yours help throughout the entire process. Patricia, your status updates on our order were always on point! I appreciated that you’d always call and figure out what was going on with the delays instead of just looking at the computer screen and saying they pushed it back again. You were always very detailed with the updates.
