Excellent Company! Working with the entire team at Prosource Lakeland for the past two years has been an EXCEPTIONALLY great experience.

Not only are the prices and product quality the best, but their professionalism and attention to detail go above and beyond my expectations. For example, after ordering my kitchen and laundry room cabinets with Toni, my installer was backlogged and could not do the install. I called and explained this to Toni. Not only did she help me find another installer, but she also set up a 1:1 meeting with him and reviewed my floor plans - ALL without me prompting her to do this! When my installer showed up, I never had to explain what needed to be done and he was highly professional. For any unforeseen, missing items, he worked directly with Toni, and ordered the materials at no additional charge.

While placing orders with Tiffany, Saturdae and Barry, I would always get the best recommendations for products and ideas, according to my specific project needs. Tiffany had once invited me to a product demonstration with a bathtub vendor, before I purchased the product. I was allowed to ask questions directly with the owner/manufacturer. Both Tiffany and Saturdae consistently follow up with me on purchases and always ask the right questions before I begin any of my projects. This saves me from making costly mistakes. On the rare chance that I do make a mistake, the entire team thinks outside of the box, and helps me with solutions. We have grown in our business relationship, where they anticipate my needs, and proactively reach out to me to provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend shopping at Prosource Lakeland. We are still in the process of finishing the job, but here are some pictures of the kitchen and laundry cabinets (with both backsplashes) and flooring we bought from Prosource.

Tiffany is EXCELLENT, dedicated to her customers and follows through. Truly dedicated to her company and customers. Order contained only 3 of 11 of the right size. Tiffany and Jonathan are working with me diligently to correct the suppliers error. Tiffany is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, follows through to the end and a wonderful individual. She showed me the options (which were plentiful) and we found just the right the right fit. We then looked at countertops and found another options that went perfectly with the floor. Saturday was absolutely the best in assisting us pick out tile for our guest bath. The selection is the best and she did not rush us in any way. Every time I look at the sample, I love it more! She worked up a quote and we had it in less than 24 hours. Looking forward to working with her and Justin
