We recently installed granite counter tops from ProSource on Sunbeam Road in Jacksonville FL. Our favorite was Ubatuba. Silver and gold flakes on a brown and black background. Beautiful. The plumber who came to install the hardware even said it was the best job he has seen. We agreed. Love these ppl. Ask for Diane.

The service leaves something to be desired and if you enter the store they will ask you in a tone of not letting you in if you are not already a customer, so if you are not an old customer it does not matter to them, support never responds to setup your registration. Warehouse damage products, and if you don’t check because you trust in the store they will not help you later!!! Orders take a long time to arrive and have availability compared to other stores. Great advice is to go to another establishment, I hope someone manages this better to have better customer service and have more recommendations for being a good place, but not this time, really sad I cheated on what I received!

I'm so glad I was referred to ProSource. They are very nice and easy to work with. I like that your not having to worry about them "selling" you something. They make recommendations and tell you the facts. Paul was great to work with and I'm glad I used them for my floor purchase.

We are new to the area and used ProSource at the recommendation of our contractor. The showroom is impressive with a broad and cost effective selection. What made our experience even better was the expertise, customer service and communication from our ProSource representative Keila Navarro. Not only does Keila know the flooring product lines and has a distinct eye for flooring coordination but we could easily tell that she really loves what she does. We would certainly use ProSource again and we hope we can work with Keila again too.

Pro source wanted everything paid in full since the total was less than $5,000. This made me a bit leery but i paid in full before they started the job. It took over 4 weeks for them to start the job and then they left a mess (see the pictures). I would never use this company again. Stay away from Pro Source.

11/10/24 update: it cost me $300 to fix the mess Pro Source created. I sent an email to Jeff at Pro Source for reimbursement over 2 weeks ago and he never responded. We opted to pay someone we could trust to fix the mess Pro Source left in my kitchen.

Our bath tub to shower remodel and pool-house flooring projects have been simplified by Keila’s expertise in product details and layout design. Keila turned our vague bath ideas into a desirable vision. We found flooring elsewhere and Keila was able to match the color accurately and to give us a better product for less cost. She coordinated both jobs with our contractor and delivered all merchandise on time.
I definitely will contact Keila at Prosource for all future projects.

This review is long overdue. I cannot say enough good things about Marilyn. I have purchased tile from ProSource with her assistance for 2 projects and will definitely be using her for future projects. She has a wealth of knowledge and is always on her A-Game. She has been so patient with me as I switched gears and changed directions of my latest bathroom remodel project after we had already selected a tile. I have asked for opinions via email or in person and she is always eager to help and always so pleasant to work with. Book an appointment with her vs walking in as she is in high demand!
