Premier Parties was so awesome for my wedding last weekend! I had been advised by my coordinator to reach out to them for a quote on chairs for my ceremony as the current rental company would have needed to drop some rentals off the day prior, which would have meant I would have to set up the ceremony. Even though it was late in the game, Premier jumped right in and took care of everything. They delivered and set up right in time, and removed everything within the right time too. They also did some pipe and drape for our wedding, and gave us a great quote and knew what we were asking for when other companies didn’t. I appreciate the premier party team so much. Please consider them for your next event!!

We had the pleasure of working with Premier Party Rentals for our wedding reception at Bonnet Springs Park, and they made the whole process so smooth and stress-free! We rented plates, goblets, and a dance floor, and everything was perfect.

From the start, the team at Premier Party Rentals was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the options and making sure we selected pieces that matched our wedding vision. The plates and goblets were elegant and high-quality, adding just the right touch to our reception table settings. As for the dance floor, it was (not big enough for all the dancers we had, but that was MY MISTAKE!) set up seamlessly, creating the perfect space for dancing the night away.

Their customer service was exceptional, and they were always available to answer questions or make adjustments as needed. On the day of the wedding, everything was delivered and set up on time, and the staff was professional and friendly.

I can’t recommend Premier Party Rentals enough. They really helped bring our wedding vision to life and made our reception feel elegant and memorable!

I hired them for my wedding and everything was flawless! They had great prices and I rented everything I needed from them: chairs, tables, linens, glassware, silverware, plates, arch and more for 130 people. Working with them was completely hassle free, they were super flexible with me modifying the order if I needed to make any changes. The day of the wedding they arrived early, set up everything exactly how I wanted it and everything we got looked brand new. The linens were in excellent condition, the chairs had no scratches or tears, plates and silverware were great quality. They had additional decorations available that I was initially interested in but ended up hiring a decorator that provided everything. However, it was nice to know that I could always get anything else I wanted from Premier. I'll definitely be using them again.

Premier Parties was able to help our Gala become a huge success. We had rented equipment from Premier Parties through the Lakeland Country Club and everything was delivered and executed as we planned. Jen, the owner and was so gracious and kind. Supporting local small business are so important to me as small business owner myself. Thank you Premier Parties for sourcing the equipment we required to feed our 150 SOLD OUT event this past weekend. We were super pleased with all the extra follow up and communication, great job. Setup team told us first thing . we’ll we can’t put 120 chairs here, they won’t fit. Not something a bride and her coordinator wants to hear right off when you show up at a venue. You FIND a way to make it work! So I rearranged chairs as you can see below for them correctly once they left to make room for people to sit more comfortably. The lighting crew also was either inexperienced or had no familiarity with the hanging lights and poles as we avoided more than one situation during the set up inside the venue while we were trying to decorate. I suggest you make sure a Scott is on site as they kept having to try and contact him for instruction. Lastly we had been told pickup of the rented chairs and lights was scheduled for 10 pm so were had cleaned up were ready for them to show up to take down the lights, tables and pick up the rented chairs well before 10 but no one showed up until 11:30pm and when he did he finally said I’m not supposed to be here doing this. I was ready to haul it all outside by 10:40 myself and left them deal with in the parking lot but the coordinator agreed to stay behind and wait for them. Beautiful wedding but disappointed with lack of professionalism in communication by Premier Party Rental.

I am so grateful to the team at Premier Parties! They saved the day at a recent wedding my company was coordinating. When we ran into an issue with the city and specific chair requirements just 2 hours before guest arrival, Jennifer and Andy came to the rescue. We had to remove the existing rented chairs and replace them with the city's folding chairs and then install chair covers & sashes.
