I bought a refurbished washer. Great deal except the knob came right off first day it was here. I can't even get anyone to come out to fix it. I have to somehow st my age bring it back to get it fixed then bring it back to my place. COST is not worth outcome. Never again. L

I purchased a used range that was posted on KSL. It was priced very reasonably. I called a few times to ask questions and my calls were answered quickly and my questions answered completely. When we got to the store for pick up, the range was already at the dock doors ready to go. We were loaded out and on the road in less than 10 minutes. I have had the stove at home for a week now and everything is working perfectly and with the 90 day warranty I am very comfortable with my purchase and overall experience. I would definitely buy there again.

Here's the wonderful thing I learned about having a washer and dryer is that there's no point in buying it brand new The latest and greatest that can hook up to your smartphone. Just seems kind of ridiculous. This place sells repaired and gently use washer and dryers and everything in between for appliances it was such a blessing that I found a decently priced washing machine as well as them delivering it and picking up the old broken washer. Now bear in mind that you will have to pay for the delivery but that also includes the pickup and that right there was pretty amazing rather than trying to hit up a friend with the truck or rent a U-Haul just to go get it for one day. I recommend young couples college students people living on their own and everything in between to just check this place out if you're looking for appliances.

I called to see if they had a dryer I could afford, which they advertise. When I asked, he laughed at the money I had available. A simple no would have been fine, but no. He then told me that I could get one that cheap down in another city far away from me as if my available money was not heard. Then I asked how much he would charge to delivery in if I could come up with more money, and he laughingly said$95.00! Did gas go up when I wasn't looking? Geez, you'd think he was doing a bigger favor than I asked for. Things have gone up in price to the tune of missing meals, but for over$250.00, I think I could do a lot better than this man full of personal cuts!

Update: we have now purchased multiple dryers from Precision. We have had fabulous luck with everything! Just bought another washer and dryer. (We have rental units, so we need good reliable washers and dryers for a fabulous price)

Our dryer died about a month. We recently replaced the heat element. Rick was very helpful when we went to buy a new dryer! We explained to him about the heat element, and he was sure that the thermal fuse went out. He gave us a thermal fuse and explained how to fix it! Worked like a charm. Will be working with them again!! It's great that you can find such incredible customer service
