What a fantastic experience! Finally found a saw for myself thanks to Omar at Powered by Hassett in Half Moon Bay - the customer service was superior beyond superior- I was given a demo on how to use my new saw and I am so excited to get things cleaned up on my property.. the selection of equipment is phenomenal at this place - go no where else and ask Omar!!!

10/10 experience!! I highly recommend to all-

I came in to rent a hand power tool (a hammer drill) for some renovation of a property of mine and the staff was very helpful in this process.

I was also surprised to find many lawn care supplies and generators for rent at affordable prices! This was perfect for my lawn that desperately needed care.

Customer service on my chainsaw and small honda generator service is atrocious!
There is no excuse for 90 day or more return on a simple service. I love hasset stores and trying not to let it effect my decision to shop here becauce of the small engine repair shop.

Around late summer this year I was in need of a heavy duty lawn mower for 5 ft weeds around a place I own. I liked their inventory for their lawn mowers but what they said was a specific mower that’s made for thicker weeds like mine. A brush mower was what I needed. They had new models for sell but also one to rent! The brush mower did the job effortlessly for a fraction of the price of a new mower. I’d use this type of equipment once or twice a year so for them to have one to rent was amazing! Thanks for the knowledge about lawn care!

Had a warranty repair on a Honda lawnmower ,very unusual for Honda. Staff was great. Communicated well and got text updates about the status of the mower repair. First time I use them for repairs I will be back thank you.

I waited 6 months for a replacement part for my lawn mower. After multiple phone calls and store visits, I finally got my mower back. It works fine but the cover that protected the belt drives didn't come back with the mower and the store manager said the mower was brought-in that way. MMM, not sure that's true but can't prove it.

Needed service on my Stihl pole saw. Brought it in and spoke with Nick & Ismael about just getting parts so I can DIY the service since they were about 2 weeks out for service and I really wanted it back working. They ordered the parts and I got them quicker than was told. Then they helped me along the way to get the parts installed. These guys are great! Feel so lucky to have a great small engine repair & equipment shop on the Coastside.
