One of the worst mechanic shops to go for anything very unprofessional rude people i brought a weed eater in intact, and it took them 2 weeks to tell me. It's $400 to fix on the simple problem way too. Expensive.
And they will curse you out in their language.I promise they always do if they don't agree with you when they returned my weed eater this is what I got

I honestly can’t believe the attitude and behavior of employee/owner.

I dropped my power washer off originally and took them almost a month to repair. Was told it was “bad gas”.

After repair ran for a max 3min and it stop running (originally the issue). Returned washer and they said would look at as still in 30day warranty.

Took about another 2-3 weeks for them to call that it was ready for pick up. When picking up washer they said it was “bad gas” and wanted to charge me another $60 after the original $140. I never put any gas as they return to me with full tank. ( I also use ethanol free gas only. Same fuel I run in all my boats and never have issues). Then they show me a water bottle with black liquid saying that’s what they pulled out.

Next thing you know guy has major attitude and raises his voice at me. Saying that I want a “freebie”. All that I was asking was if they ran for longer then 10seconds to test. Because unit runs for awhile then just shut off. Now he saying I have to pay for water and time if I want to run a test. At this point I’m just laughing at him and he getting even more ridiculous.

I was just surprised as I been taking my equipment here for over 10 years. Even have purchased new equipment. Now after reading reviews not shocked. Will not be returning and I advise everyone to do the same.

Possibly the WORST customer service experience EVER. Had a generator issue. Called them to check availability, being cognizant of the short timing. Would have accepted, sorry, we can’t help with this short of notice. Totally understandable.

I called. No answer. I live relatively close, so I stopped in. There were two people behind the counter and one person in line. The “gentleman” - believe to be the owner - finally waited on me. I explained my issue and was immediately met with a giant attitude and displaced aggression about how he’s “sick of this” and people leaving poor reviews.

He then went on a tirade explaining the storm is 24 hours away, he can’t make any guarantees and do I want to leave it or not?!!

At this point, I’ve literally said one sentence, with zero expectations other than to be treated like a customer - in this case being treated like a human being would be an improvement.

In the event that this person is an employee and not the owner, a change should be considered. In the event it’s the owner, I suggest firing yourself.

If you don’t like / or can’t deal with the public, then don’t.

If there were negative stars, I would submit that.

Do NOT walk away from this business.

RUN.

Perhaps a better name for this business should be POWER TRIP CENTER.
