I sold my IPhone on eBay. I couldn’t print out the label and the post office could not print out the label for me, so the directed me to the Postal Annex location in LEMON GROVE, CA. I took it there to get it printed. The store was very busy. I paid for a box and to print the label. I left the iPhone so they could send it out to the post office. The post office never received the package. I called 619-460-4420 to let them know that post office had not received the package. The 2 gentlemen with minimal English speaking abilities were very rude and were yelling at me. They kept telling me to contact USPS which I did. USPS said to go back to the retailer, Postal Annex. They gave me the run around. The tracking number said the post office never received the package. I waited 2 weeks to see if they found it and once again, they were yelling at me and were very rude. *BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU DROP OFF AT THIS STORE* I was told by their corporate headquarters that if you drop off an item at your local Postal Annex and it is lost after you left it in their possession, they are not responsible for your lost item even though you left it in their care. When I said they were responsible, the very rude man said they were not responsible for an items left in their store and then hung up in my face. Now they are claiming I never visited their store and I did not leave my item there. I assure you I did. There is a chiropractic office and an H&R Block on the other side and a beauty supply on the corner. Please do not call me a liar.

Had a amazon return and they charged me $4 for "space" because it was a big box. I have never heard of such a charge before. Maybe consider a alternative drop off place

This place is so unorganized, I rented a mail box from this place, oh yeah, I got plenty mail alright, everybody else’s mail but my own. I would not put your trust in this business for nothing. I also had him (the owner) do some notary work for me and he was forgetful of the embossed stamp that was required. Costing me time, gas, money! If you want your mail given to others, go ahead, this is the place for you.

Mehul was phenomenal, fast, and kind! I came for a LiveScan and his location was the only one open on a Friday morning at 9:30am and took walk-ins. Very low price of $47 and he walked me through each step of the paperwork with ease and clear instructions!

They charged $5.99 to print 1 page....crazy..no signs on how much it costs to use the printer. Only a small sign up using it for 15 mins or more costs $5. I told them I only used the computer for 1 min.

Tried to get a livescan fingerprint. They allow walk-ins.

I made sure to stay in contact with my financial assistance, and the man at the front said, "you can't do that, it says your billing address."

First of all... it is my information. Nowhere on the page does it state I am accepting the billing.. therefore, why decline doing the service?

Not going in again, or ever. Thank you for your nonsensical service sir.

There was no free government services I was wanting. My employer was going to provide financial assistance by paying it for me.
