Trinidad is absolutely amazing! The best customer service you will find in this entire store! She helped me pick tile last minutes for my master bathroom and it came out so clean and beautiful.
She went above and beyond and has great knowledge of all her tiles in this store. Make an appointment and ask for Trinidad. You will be happy !!!

I visited the showroom room several times for the past few months, and each time the customer service was excellent. The sales persons always are so nice and trying hard to help me with my selection each time I visited the showroom. They are so professional, and courteous especially, the show-room manager, Patricia who's amazing when it’s comes to customer service. I have had nothing but an excellent experience from them all along. I highly recommend them if you need bath and kitchen remodeling.

The showroom is locked, requiring digital checkin. We waited 30 minutes until someone saw us, our checkin was not.received.

Spent nearly two hours picking out all of the items I wanted pricing on, the deisgner was pleasant and helpful. I sent two follow up emails and never heard back. Landed up going to and placing my order with the Anaheim showroom.

I didn't like the service. Everything was 8-10 weeks. The manager acted like she could swim across the sea and drag me 1800 square get of tile-TRYING TO HIT NUMBERS!. She was thick with black dyed curly hair. the rep for the west coast gave me some leads. He said she was on a short fuse because they want o get rid of her. Every employee was new. I don't like that. Poor leadership. Buying from elsewhere.

Gave me 8 week delivery date for $1750 dollar order with a contractor's discount of 25% when ordered from Spain (ordered 8/21/16). They notified me AFTER 6 weeks into my order I was told there would be a delay of at least 6 MORE WEEKS. This order was created in advance to meet the timing of my project.

I was forced to order my original purchase from their NJ warehouse instead, so it would not delay construction an additional 6 weeks. After this change, they would not honor the original 25% discount I received when ordering from Spain. They then charged me an EXTRA 400$ to place the new order, since the product came from New Jersey even though they were off on my delivery !

I'll purchase from somewhere else next time. My consultant was Carolina Lopez. HARD PASS

I have been trying to call into either your LA or Orange County showroom for two days. No one answers the phone and when I push the # key for your company directory the recording says" I do not understand your request". You guys need to get your phone system upgraded and have us designers be able to get someone easily. Too easy to move on to another showroom.
