We had a great experience working with Erika Lopez and George Maragoudakis. Erika went above and beyond to support us with logistics throughout a long period and whenever we had any issues was just such a pleasure to work with. George was great about helping us find what we needed and we remodeled 3.5 bathrooms with porcelonosa tiles & vanities & sinks. We will definitely work with George and Erika again on other projects and will recommend them to our friends and family who need help with their remodels.

She not only helped us design each room but she never missed a beat from the initial order to the final delivery. We have never worked with such amazing customer service. Great experience before but service seems to have declined recently. Minimal to no response from employees when a new customer comes into the store , and no effort to even ask if you're finding what you need. Selection was average and we left after a few minutes and ended up finding great quality products close by
