If you’re planning on buying anything from this company if theirs a any discrepancy with said order and you ask to return said part they make you pay for shipping and a %15 restocking fee so let’s break down what I ordered the part I ordered arrived a week later than expected delivery date and was the wrong part. Contacted the company the same day letting them know the mistake that’s when the truth comes out this company won’t stand behind their customers oh well too bad you’re stuck with it or eat $320. Part I ordered was $800 so %15 restocking fee would be charging me $120 then they want me to pay to ship the part back price is over $400that’s $520 so from $800 of my money is now I’m left with change lol how can companies do this to consumers literally stealing money from people I’m not okay with it typical California company think they can do what ever they want with no consequences.

I found this company after searching for new Jandy Valve Acuators. Poolsupply4less had the parts in stock, at the best price, & free shipping. I ordered 3 Actuators on a Monday afternoon and they arrived at my door in less than 24hrs. Parts were as described. I will definitely use them again for future needs.

Please never buy anything from this company. Read the reviews from other buyers, I had the same experience as many people did. You're hoping to save some money, but I'm not the only one - who received a lemon of a heater, made up of bad parts that never worked properly. They refuse to take any responsibility for their bad products, and then put all the responsibility on you to work with the manufacturer. Pentair and many of these companies don't work directly with consumers, and only with Pool Companies, so there is no warranty - - - you can only get one from a certified installer / pool company.

Purchased a Pentair 400 Maxi Therm - back in May 2022. Upon install it never worked, and leaked. Pool Supply 4 Less immediately just said, sorry! call Pentair. After many hours and calls to Pentair - they sold me a new heat exchanger for $600-$700, plus I had to beg/pay my pool company to do the labor (an additional $750). Now just a year later, i'm being told that the unit appears to be much older than 2 years, it has a large crack in the casing, and has multiple serial numbers and parts that appear to be from different units.

Please save yourself a lot of time, and avoid ordering anything from these crooks. You might be just throwing money away if you order products from them.

Editing my review to a 5 star review! After many emails back and forth, PS4L worked on my behalf with Pentair to get my cracked panels replaced! The replacement panels just arrived today to me so I can put my heater together. Thank you PS4L for helping to make this situation correct for me, I am a single mom, and putting myself through grad school, the heater was a gift to myself-but an expensive one! I am very thankful they helped fix this as the replacement panels would have been very costly for me.

I ordered a Pentair Master Temp pool heater for my in ground pool. I was very excited that the customer service seemed wonderful and the order shipped quickly. When the box came, the box was not damaged and appeared that all was fine-I did sign for the delivery. There is a clause in their ordering that you must be home and sign for these big deliveries-it states in the email that they continue to quote me that I was to inspect the box for damage and sign, and if needed, unpackage the box in front of the delivery driver. My box was in perfect condition so there was not a need in my opinion to open the box in front of the driver. When I went to open the box later in the day to get the heater ready for install, it was then that I realized that the lid was pretty cracked on the unit. I immediately contacted customer service who was very responsive and tried making a claim with the delivery service. I do not believe this was a delivery issue-I truly believe this unit was packed this way-today, we went to take the rest of the unit out of the box, and there is considerable damage to the units plastic casing. PS4L states they are not liable since I signed for the package. These units are expensive and I want everyone to know that BUYER BEWARE! Check your box upon arrival, open it up, I guess at least I could have placed blame on the poor delivery driver. PS4L is doing nothing to help repair this unit for me-just quoted me the cost for the parts to fix it! Seriously!!
