We were in need of a new refrigerator. We checked out the inventory at the big discount stores, but also wanted to research a local establishment. Ponderosa Appliance was close by and we walked in. We were greeted by Robert and were treated like we were family. After talking about all our options and researching the ratings for each manufacturer, we agreed on a Thor unit. The crew that delivered our unit were in time, were clean, and took great care delivering and setting up our fridge. We are very happy with our purchase and will contact Robert when we are ready to remodel our kitchen and need a matching stove and dishwasher.

The two young men, Jason and Nicolai that came to deliver and install my washer and dryer, did an outstanding job. They were very efficient and courteous. I would definitely use Ponderosa Appliance again .

If I could give 10 stars I would. Robert and Ponderosa Appliance Repair went over and beyond customer service.
I had an issue with my frigidair stove but for some reason it started working again. Robert went beyond customer service to make sure that my stove was working properly and was safe, giving me piece of mind and even returned because I thought my stove was not cooling down properly.

Ponderosa Appliance is exactly what you would hope for with any purchase. They are very knowledgeable, great pricing, and laser focused on customer service! After 3 months trying to get resolution from Costco for a washer/dryer set purchased there, and a subsequent replacement for the components their installers broke...I spoke with Rob. He got me pricing, coordinated and delivered as well as installed in 3 days from start to finish. The outstanding communication, great business sense, and ability to live up to their commitments have ensured any future needs will only be completed by Ponderosa!

Kevin really Cayman clutch today helping me get a new washer and making sure I had all of the right tools to set it up and knowledge to get it going. Well. I did try to fix my own washer and he was nothing but supportive and helpful in that endeavor. However, I inevitably failed to put that sucker back together. Kevin offered to stay open late today so that I could get a new washer today and not have to wait for the holiday weekend and get a new washer in a week. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I am more than impressed. We moved into a home in Paulden and had to replace some appliances (Fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher) they were honest courteous and prices are amazing. I highly recommend; you will get more for your money as compared to the bigger box stores! Delivery for us will be next week as we had to have the well company out to ensure all the water is good to go!

Wow! These people know what true customer service is. They diagnosed our washer repair on Tuesday, had a new pump overnighted, and installed it on Thursday! Fast, friendly, reliable, and reasonable. You won't be disappointed with this great company!
