Excellent service 1st off.....The person who assisted me was a great help!! She had spot on recommendations....I thought I knew what I wanted, but she told me what I needed. And the fact she showed me how to use my product was very HOT. Huge selection, lots to chose from. **Only negative was paid $70 and could have bought online for $39.

I'm going to start this review by saying that i am not a bot, i just have no desire to go back in to have the problem fixed because it would be a waste of my time. People should know the quality of the toys you carry are sad. I went in a couple weeks ago and the sales rep greeted me and i went to shopping. I asked the sales rep a couple questions about the lubes and you could tell that she had no idea what she was talking about and just told me what I wanted to hear to buy it. So i just got a simple vibe that i felt was a little over priced but hey I'm all about supporting local businesses. Well within a couple days it died. I called the store and spoke to the rep and she told me to change the batteries and try a couple different things that might fix it. So i did all the things she recommend and still was a no go. I called back and asked about maybe exchanging it and the sales rep informed me that there was zero returns or exchanges, I explained I still had the receipt and simply just wanted to swop it out and she went full rude on me. So here i am leaving this review because I seen on a previous review you claimed to 100% fix the problem and I'm sorry that is not the case in my situation. I'll stick to online shopping from now on.

Employees are VERY friendly and helpful. I refuse to believe the angry people on here, EVERY time I've went in the store has been pleasant. Products are of good quality, maybe a little marked up in price, but I feel better knowing that I'm supporting a local business and not just Walmart or Amazon. The last time I went in the manager Erika helped solve an issue I had with the lingerie I had previously bought (their sizes in one brand run really, really, REALLY small, like I bought 2 sizes too big and it was STILL nowhere close to fitting) and I left feeling like I was heard and assisted very professionally. If anything I wish they had their dressing room open; there really is no reason to have it closed if they don't even enforce their mask policy, and their excuse for it being closed was because people will take off their masks to take pictures when they try stuff on. As a biologist who understands the viral load requirement and the mode of transmission for SARS-COVID-19, it seems sort of pointless to not allow customers to try stuff on while not enforcing their mask policy everywhere else in the store, as proper sanitation and air flow should mitigate the issue they seem to have with that. All in all, I'd advise that you MAKE SURE you want the things you buy there, because their policy is strict and they usually will not accept returns or exchanges, and you will be very sad if you buy $80 lingerie and can't fit in it.

I only gave 1 star, because your sales person was very nice and helpful. But the quality of your products is non existant. 2 uses of the new compact vibrator I purchase and the button on the top literally broke into two pieces. Useless waste of nearly $60. I would not recommend anyone to waste their money at your store.

I loved it from the get-go, since I tried to find it for the first time at night, with my boyfriend, and it was in this HELLA SHADY run down mechanic shop complex. I like my sex shops seedy 😉 Was surprised to find the interior to be actually a nicely run, clean, organized shop. I felt quite safe and comfortable perusing the isles.

I liked that ALL of the lubes were out as samples, and the actual product for sale was neatly and cleanly stashed behind the counter. No worries about your bottle ever having been handled by someone else.

I was thoroughly tickled to find a wide variety of plus size naughty girl gear/clothes. This is my demographic, and it is usually ignored at sex-shops. How refreshing to see that this store owner thinks big girls can be sexy and play dress-up too!

Really, a nice variety of every toy, lube, accessory, video, clothes you could want. Reasonable prices. Cashier was not creepy 🙂 Quite happy with this place.

I had such a positive experience here! The staff are all well educated on the products and eager to help everyone with their unique and individual needs. The shop is welcoming and the staff makes you feel comfortable talking about things that aren’t so comfortable to talk about always. Definitely recommend checking this place out (:
