I have been employed with this company for 6 years , and I have been treated very good . The managers are very professional, and will do anything to help you excel. The office personnel are also wonderful to work with. I have nothing negative to say , however I would like to say how grateful I am for the opportunities they have presented me with for several years .

I don’t see my review from a few years back so I’m reposting another one.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!
They sold over 3 million during my GOB.
I was paid nothing. They said they didn’t make any profit. One of the owners of PFP was incredibly rude during the closing saying and I’m Paraphrasing, “I ran a horrible company and that’s why I had to close”
Well luckily I ran my business well enough for 23 years to retire and not have to go back to work.
Some of we might not be in that position so please be careful who you sign with.
Sincerely,
Conrad Edington

If I could give this shady business ZERO stars I would.

In 2021 we went to Johnson's Home Furnishings in Racine, Wisconsin to look at Southern Motion Furniture. We ended up purchasing a Fandango sectional. At no point did anyone in this store tell us that we were purchasing from a liquidator and that there was no warranty on the sectional.

This is what my contact at Southern Motion emailed me after I complained about the quality of our furniture: "Your furniture was purchased through a store that was going out of business who hired a company to liquidate remaining stock and to bring in additional pieces for the sale. The furniture you bought was to be sold as is with no warranty. I am sure you were not told this information when you purchased your furniture, but it is listed at the bottom of your receipt that All Sales As Is No Returns and the sales staff should have also told you that in order to have a warranty you would have to purchase a protection plan. I have been dealing with this company for the past several months trying to correct these issues at their going out of business sales."

This is how we learned that we had purchased our sectional through a liquidator. What a dirty, sleazy way to do business. It is obvious from this email that they have screwed people over at other sales locations as well.

This was my first major furniture purchase and I am in my 60s. Thanks for nothing. Instead of purchasing good furniture that would last you sold us pieces of junk and ruined the excitement I should have been feeling. Frick you Planned Furniture Promotions for selling us pieces of garbage and overcharging us. I hope the owners of this lousy company rot in hell.

Absolutely a clown show. Started in liquidations thirty years ago with them.
The good old boy system is one with this company
Any furniture store thinking of signing with them needs to be very careful.
Rob is a typical second generation business owner. There is a reason top talent started leaving in droves over the years.
Egos get in the way of revenue. Cookie cutter operations leave money on the table.
Giving input made them nervous. They're just clowns with titles. Nothing more.
Closing deals by negotiating away salaried office mgrs pay doesn't show strength .

My 1 star is how female employees are treated diff than male . And no safety for domestic violence in the workplace. She's asked what did she say to cause a trip to E.r
employees. And that was that
