My Subzero finally gave out so I went to 3 places in San Diego looking for a specific model and hoping one was in stock. Jovana at Pirch was fabulous - super knowledgeable and friendly and her follow up was a great and unexpected surprise! It was a small purchase versus a whole kitchen remodel but she treated me equally as good 🙂 The installers were also great - fast too!

It's a beautiful showroom but the receptionist/associate front and center was on her phone the whole time and I wasn't greeted even after doing a lap. I just left since they're clearly not interested in engaging with guests to their business. 2 stars just for the fact that the showroom looks nice, but I don't think I'll use them as a source for my clients.

Edited to add, someone from Pirch looked me up on LinkedIn about an hour after this was posted. Kind of creepy.

While I would give 5 stars for the quality of the products and the ambiance of the place, the sales staff appeared to lack knowledge about the products, which was disappointing. Additionally, the support provided was not up to the mark.

In comparison, I have received better service even while purchasing a $5 item at Home Depot than what I experienced at PIRCH.

Do NOT buy your appliances here. We had a horrible experience with installation--after multiple delays because they refused to install until we had completed all other aspects of the remodel, they dented and ruined our brand-new floors and walls, and then ghosted us and refused to fix the damage.

What made this particularly unreasonable was that their guys showed up the first time, and couldn't install our sub-zero refrigerator because they said they needed more than 2 men to lift the refrigerator up a 6-step flight of stairs. We conveyed this feedback personally--TWICE--to the installation manager, who ignored this part of our emails, and then sent a 2-man team again. As the first team predicted, they were unable to lift the refrigerator up the stairs with only 2 guys, so they dinged the walls and our oak floors (both brand new--which we also conveyed to Pirch). The install team was great and very apologetic. They took pictures of the damage and said to contact Pirch and they would take care of it. We followed their directions. They asked for photos, which we provided right away (their delivery team also took photos, so Pirch already had them and didn't need to ask us for them, but we nonetheless complied to be cooperative). I sent a series of emails for weeks, and they initially promised to follow up, and then just started ghosting us.

Bottom line, their customer service is horrible. Don't be fooled by the nice showroom and white glove service there. As soon as you give them your money, they don't follow through. They promise an extra warranty, for example, if you buy from them, but based on my experience I suspect that's a lie too.
