Shitty hardware store customer service. Had no idea what I was asking about and kept telling me to call a plumber. Went to Home Depot, spent 15 min with an associate to help me fix the pipe issue, and another 15 min for me to install it. Problem solved. 12$. I would expect more competent advice and guidance from the only local store here.

I love this small hardware store that manages to have everything I need, from kitchenwares to tools, every kind of lightbulb, cleaning and polishing products, greeting cards, kitchen linens, gifts, on and on. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and can also repair home appliances, lamps, etc. Parking is free right behind the building, a real plus in crowded, expensive Beverly Hills. For me, it's like going into a beautiful garden of useful, pretty things.

I was hoping to get greeted politely over the phone and to offer a look at our houseware catalog and instead got asked one question and got clicked on right away, if this is family owned they obviously cant be polite not sure how they have a business.

Loved this place for several reasons: it's open for shopping with a mask, they had the special broom I searched hard for, I got personal service from a person knowing the layout and contents of store who actually climbed a ladder at least a couple of times to retrieve an item, the store was entertaining since there were an assortment of other things interesting to have. Some parking, not many spaces.

Outstanding selection and reasonable prices, all of which seems surprising given this store's Beverly Hills location (tucked away on Crescent Drive). The inventory of electrical and plumbing parts exceeds that of many chain hardware stores. There's a great lock and key-making shop too. High-end and/or last-minute picnic and party items abound, as do practical household items (intended, perhaps, for the nearby community of elders/retirees).
