I called the owner (Jeff) and ask if he had what I needed in stock he confirmed he did. I drove from St.Pete and purchased a washer. Jeff was very helpful and professional. Got the washer home and it works great very. Definitely will return again and will send friends and family to buy from them.

Do not buy from this people. I bought fridge from them and it stopped cooling within a month while it was still on warranty. They did come in to see it, replaced the part and two weeks later it stopped cooling again. Now, the phone is not working. We came to the store, nobody here, but the phone number on the door nobody answers either. Horrible service, bad product.

Recently bought a washer …Customer service was awful because I felt I had a problem with the washer. The gentleman who answered the phone. I’m assuming the owner did not have very good. Customer service had to go elsewhere and found out that there was a problem had to pay for it out of my own pocket.

If I could give this company negative on stars, I would!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I purchased a refrigerator from him and a warranty. He went to install it and didn't have the right parts, nor would he tell me what to buy. He was so unprofessional and should not be able to sell anything to anyone! He was so rude by hung up the phone on my family when we tried to ask what part we needed to buy, so we could get the refrigerator up and running. He did not want to install
after agreeing with the warranty! Then he said he never said that. The ice maker didn't work. We had to replace the water filter, and it leaked water on the floor!
He refused to do a refund or even an exchange for a different unit. I'd say this was by far the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with, and I work with customers every day!
This company does not follow through with their agreements. This is leaving customers stranded and not knowing what to do?
I do not recommend anyone to step one foot on this property, for they will probably end up in the same position we are.

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with guaranteed warranties and better customer service!
Save yourself the headache and your money!!!

My fridge was frozen over in the freezer and fridge not cooling. They came out and replaced the defrost heater and supplied a receipt with a 90 day warranty. 2 months later it started happening again. They came back out and let us know it's the seal going bad and didn't charge for coming out to look. I would definitely recommend this business.

I am so happy and pleased with this place. This is my second time buying a used appliances from here 3 years ago was my washer! Still working by the way! Had an issue happen and they came out for a service call and he gave me an honest opinion which saved me 350$! Secondly I just bought my dryer the other day and my husband brought it and nothing was wrong with the dryer it was our electric. They are always honest and reliable. I honestly will continue to buy used appliances from this store! Plus no beating thier prices!! When my refrigerator goes out I will be going there because it's been nothing but wonderful service, honest opinions and amazing prices!!!
