Used to be good. Now, what you get is kids running the showroom floor and the bays. So you get that type of service. Meaning no knowledge, I want to go home with a face and attitude, and much more. I think they are trying to cut costs by employing cheap labor, but golf deserves more than that. Is not like they sell cheap merchandise. In summary, expensive equipment with low class service.

I placed an order on their website, clearly choosing to pick it up in Delray. I got an e-mail that my order was being picked. My husband was in the neighborhood and stopped by to see if it was ready, and he was told it was out of stock! He picked out something else from a rack marked "clearance," and went to pay. He was charged more than $100 over the clearance price. I see lots of recent, one star reviews. Apparently the management is not using them to improve service. I don't think this store is worth the hassle.

He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect set of clubs, patiently guiding me through all my options and making sure I found exactly what I needed. Very disappointed with my experience buying golf clubs at PGA TOUR Superstore in Delray. I've lived in the area for 6 years and over time have bought balls and accessories etc at the store. I recently booked a fitting van experience appointment with David and spent a significant amount of time during a weekday hitting a lot of different clubs. After finding what worked we put together a custom order and I was told that in about 11 days my clubs would be ready. I checked back 9 days later when I never even received an email with any kind of information about my clubs and the order. Mind you I had spent around $3500 for the full set. The store couldn't find any status on my order and apparently the manufacturer had never received it. They assured me that they would make sure the order shipped ASAP and the manufacturer confirmed. Fast forward 1 week still no word on the clubs and the gentlemen who had told me he would follow up on the order never did and wasn't even in the store. The irons arrived but I was told the woods were on back order and that it would take at least another 2 weeks before they shipped leaving me clubless for an upcomming trip. No one ever told me this, I had to chase down the order or candidly it would have been lost. This is not how you treat customers who have not only given you their time but also their money. I did receive a full refund but now need to go elsewhere for my club. All the store did was blame the manufacturer, there was never any follow up or communication with me I had to drive to the store and chase it down. When you tell a customer they can expect their clubs by a certain date and that ends up drastically changes there needs to be better communication with the customer. Had I not followed up the first time I'm not even sure the manufacturer would have ever put together the order. When an order is this late it should be rushed. This was unnacceptable and I would not recommend a fitting at this location.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience at the Delray PGA TOUR Superstore that I felt compelled to share!

I live in Wellington, and after a round of golf in Boca, my son and I decided to check out this store as he needed a new visor and wanted to try out a new 3 wood and hybrid. From the moment we arrived, Alyssa was there to help us with a warm smile. She quickly set us up with a bay so my son could test out the clubs, and her knowledge and assistance throughout the process were fantastic.

During our visit, I also mentioned that I needed to get my irons re-gripped but was hoping to avoid the usual 24-48 hour wait. Alyssa was incredibly accommodating, asking if I knew which grips I wanted and offering to handle it for me on the spot if I didn’t mind a bit of a wait. She even arranged for us to use another bay while we waited, which was a huge plus.

Alyssa even told us about a membership option that would let us use their practice bays and included a lesson and fitting session This has been huge benefit since it's been raining a lot lately and I personally will make use of the lesson.

I’ve been a loyal customer of PGA TOUR Superstore for years, always visiting the Palm Beach Gardens location. However, the exceptional service we received from Alyssa and the team at the Delray store has definitely made me consider making the extra drive in the future.

Excellent customer service. Had a putter fitting and the putter I wanted to purchase said it was in stock but they couldn’t find. The fitter found me another putter and even changed the grip for free. About 3 hours later the fitter called back and found the putter I really wanted, exchanged it no questions asked. Customer service is the best at this store.
